Hello ladies,
I am starting my first cycle of var!
33 years old
108 lbs
5'6
I started on Monday Aug.3rd
I have increased my calories/protein/fat intake
I'm only taking 2.5 in the morning and 2.5 in the evening. Which will go up next week to 5 in the morning and 5 at night. I will be taking picture so I can see the change and anyone else that wants to see the changes.
I work out 4 times a week with my boyfriend lifting ext.
I get alot of cardio with my work everyday.
I will post my diet when we get it revised!
If anyone has advice I am more then willing to take it!!
