For many gains don't come till around the 6 week mark. I'm curious....she is currently bulking.....what is her calorie count?
Not so much bulking, as I know that anavar isnt the greatest choice for that. We just wanted to make sure she was eating enough to be building some muscle, instead of just barley meeting the needs to fuel her body while on cycle. I just figured her being a first timer right now, she would respond really well to it, but I know everyones body is different.
We started her at 2000-2100, (depending on the "extra" calories from misc. additives in the diet.) I wanted to see how she did at this number for now, then slowly back it down mid-cycle or so in order for her to lean out. Hope that makes sense
I did her BMI/BMR calculators, and it said roughly 1900-2000 from what I can remember, but this isnt taking into account the anavar either.
We were just kind o curious as to when a women on her first cycle of anavar would typically take to notice gains. Which Im glad to know it's around 6 weeks or so.
I keep telling her it's coming
But Im so used to say like DBol that within 3 weeks you know your making progress, lol.
In the last week or so, she has been really complaining of pain in her knees as well. Could the anavar have any part of this?
