Starting my First Cycle of Var.....

Yes Anavar (var) is the only thing im taking!
Im still trying to figure my diet out right now, seeing what works best! but right now im at 2,000 cal and cant remember what protein im at but I know its high! so when I get home Ill let you know! I might have to come down on my cal's but gonna say with 2,000 for now!

about to start taking a cycle of Anavar (var) and clen.
i have the Anavar (var) already but waiting on the clen.
should i start the Anavar (var) or clen first? or same time.

my boyfriend says to start with Anavar (var) but he only knnows how to bulk up i am lookin to cut fat and tone.....
any suggestions?

Hello All,
I'm just checking in to let you know whats going on!
This is the start of my 3rd Week on Anavar (var) I'm taking 2.5mg 3xed to equal 7.5
I'm not having any side effects, I'm not seeing a hole lot in my physical appearance BUT....
I can tell I'm getting harder and Ive gone up in weight at the gym so this makes me happy!!
I know its still too early to see a lot right now so Ill keep posting my progress.

Just out of curiousity, E is almost at the end of week 3. Not noticing much in the way of muscle build, which I know it is mild to begin with, but being her first cycle, shouldnt she be noticing more of a gain than the average person who have had previous cycles under their belts then decide on Anavar? lol, if that made sense?

7.5mg/day week 2- present possibly bump to 10 after few weeks....??

Her diet is that to build muscle not so much to lean out right now. Last 4 weeks she will cut calories to lean out and notice gains.
Her strength seems to be going up, but dont know if its just a placebo effect.

Any personal experiences of when gains tend to become present for women?
 
For many gains don't come till around the 6 week mark. I'm curious....she is currently bulking.....what is her calorie count?

Not so much bulking, as I know that anavar isnt the greatest choice for that. We just wanted to make sure she was eating enough to be building some muscle, instead of just barley meeting the needs to fuel her body while on cycle. I just figured her being a first timer right now, she would respond really well to it, but I know everyones body is different.

We started her at 2000-2100, (depending on the "extra" calories from misc. additives in the diet.) I wanted to see how she did at this number for now, then slowly back it down mid-cycle or so in order for her to lean out. Hope that makes sense :(
I did her BMI/BMR calculators, and it said roughly 1900-2000 from what I can remember, but this isnt taking into account the anavar either.

We were just kind o curious as to when a women on her first cycle of anavar would typically take to notice gains. Which Im glad to know it's around 6 weeks or so.
I keep telling her it's coming :)
But Im so used to say like DBol that within 3 weeks you know your making progress, lol.

In the last week or so, she has been really complaining of pain in her knees as well. Could the anavar have any part of this?

Right now I am making her educate herself and diet consistently before I show her where to get it. I have been trying to get her to make her own name with no luck, hopefully that will change. Anyways-details or changes to the diet when you get everything dialed in will be very helpful and informative for her-keep up the good work!

It looks like its just me taking over her thread, but she is always sitting right next to me wanting me to ask the questions, lol.

We were in the exact same boat. She saw me do it, then wanted to do her own cycle, which lead to her dieting for several months prior to ever considering getting the tabs. She is busting her ass though.

We tuned her diet up, and She said she will post it this week. Granted it's more of a guideline than an exact. 6 weeks in or so I think we will take some pics of her to post.

Diet is looking pretty good. Just don't forget the fats! Even if it is only a few!

Also....replacing protein shakes with real food is good because real food makes your metabolism run even better....your metabolism is working digesting the food hence speeding it up. Or just eat extra veggies often. Nibbling is a good thing.

I still like shakes though because they taste pretty good. I eat extra veggies myself to get my metabolism working.
 
Think 61g of fats a day is to low for what she is doing? Maybe just add some walnuts or something to boost the number be ok?


The muscle milk serving is 2 scoops per 32g of protein. She really is only consuming 2 & 1/2 scoops of protein powder a day. Im glad you mentioned the foods instead of the powders though, because I am going to re-vamp the non training days to include an actual meal in place of the "pre-workout/post-workout" protein shake. I dont know why I didnt take that into account. It has been changing periodically as she adjust to everything though.

I am hoping the next 2-3 weeks will really bring some noticeable differences.

She increased to 10mg today, Am/Pm dose and switched to GP brand.
 
We forgot we never posted our training schedule, which is pretty basic.

Monday - Shoulders/traps
Tuesday - Legs/ abbs
Wednesday - off
Thursday - Chest/Tri's
Friday - Back/ Bi's
Saturday - off
Sunday- off

15 minutes of cardio to warm up and get sweating. Then a very fast paced workout regimen to keep heart rate up.

To post our actual routine would be hard, because it changes all the time. Different lifts, high/low reps/drop sets ect....
 
You could add more fats if you want but 61 grams is fine. Are you looking for more fat loss and is she contest dieting? There are little things we can tweak here and there if she plateau's so I wouldn't worry.

A few examples....do 5 days of weight instead of 4....empty stomach cardio....whole foods instead of liquids....cut fruits and replace with veggies.....decrease dairy......cut calories slowly...etc.

We will cross those bridges when we get to it.

I expect she will see some slight side effects with 10 mg but I think it is better to stick with one brand. The new brand could be way more harsh so be careful.

So far so good Miss Muscle, not having any side effects as of yet. this is day 2 of the 10mg.. so we will see how I do at the gym tonight! We were just changing the brands to see if there were any changes as far as how I felt at the gym and just in general want to make sure the the first stuff I was taken was good. So I will be sticking with this brand from here on out for my cycle.
I will keep you posted on the side effect!! if any.
