Stepping up and stacking...?

Quick background- Lifting for 10 years on/off 5 years consistent, about 60 lbs above my natural weight and decently lean. I've been considering getting into heavier cycles, I've done a handful of basic cycles (Test E, sus, little bit of D-Bol).

Just curious as to when you guys started stacking and doing more intense cycles tren/test and other kickstarts? Also for you guys that have been in the game awhile, in hindsight when should one begin to consider getting into more intense cycles? When do you think that a basic Test-E cycle (for example) starts loosing it's luster?
