Sterile?

I have a vial of test that the crimp top and gray stopper came up a little when I opened my pack. I pushed it back down and crimped it down.
My question is, since the top came off slightly would there be any chance of the test getting non-sterile?

there is a chance, but thats happened to me before and nothing happened. The test will have BA alcohol in it to kill germs, which will help

Very low chance of it being unsterile, the stopper would have to actually come off for it to be more likely.
