still feeling nothing on test...

so i been on for 7 weeks now, 500mg of test e 1 injection every week.

the first 4 weeks i made tons of gains from some HG Dianabol i was taking (metanabol) lots of strength increase, insane pumps lots of weight gain etc.

once i got off i started to lose a little bit of strength and quite a bit of size, i wasn't feeling the test or anything special kick in, i made a thread about it weeks ago and some of you said it might take longer to really kick in,

now at week 7 i still feel nothing but a HUGE appetite. other than that i don't ever get these "random boners" or any special hornyness. i am not really making any strength gains that much it's more like what i would make naturally right now. my calories have not changed, i been eating above 3500 calories with over 300g protein and 300+ carbs. ( i have a slow metabolism too )

is my test underdosed?? is this the reason only special thing i feel is an appetite.. this stuff is from uncle z and everyone assured me it was fine, and so did he but i don't understand why i'm not feeling anything.. i haven't gained a single .1 inch on my arms or anything at all.

btw - EDIT I am NOT saying anything bad about uncle z this is likely just my body not reacting to test as well as others.. i'm just posting this to see peoples opinions!

hhhmmm..the dbol drop is a quarantee to make you feel less than insprired however you should be walking hard on..and Z is good i m o.
 
yeah, but its been 3 weeks since i been on dianabol and only on test and i have made literally no gains at all since then. only gains i made was the first 4 weeks which the test still hadn't kicked in
 
i get really hungry on test. i can eat a shit ton more than normal. sounds like the downside of a dbol run to me.

so what, i'm not going to make anymore gains because of the 4 week kickstart of dianabol? lol. i have a huge appetite that's only thing im feeling which is why i think it could be underdosed :/
 
about 17lb 30mg of dianabol daily it was human grade from jelfa. i haven't put on a single pound since i got off

What is the brand of a test? I use a lot of GP lately had had great results. Whats your diet like?

DBOL will be weight on you regardless of what you eat...but test is different

lots and lots of carbs i can't tell you exactly because i literally fill my plate with rice everytime lately lol. but im pretty sure it would be around 400 atleast since my appetite has skyrocketed, my protein is around 300g daily. lots of chicken,protein drinks etc. i split my meals 3-4 hours apart. 2 hours the soonest.

Eat more. Bump up the calories. Not sure what your changes were visually, but if you did bloat up (water expansion in your muscles) from the dbol you *could* still be seeing slow gains now but they don't look like gains because they have been alongside your water drop from the dbol.

Are you measuring yourself every week to monitor size and such? Have you continued to lose weight since the dbol? How much have you lost of that poundage you put on?

Before you get too discouraged by what's going on you should make diet tweaks.

Tweaks in your diet should show on your physique relatively fast with the elevated test levels, and faster than tweaks to anything else at this point.

You could also get some bloodwork done cheap to check it, your levels should be sky high by now. Ask about getting blood work done, you'll find some good cheap options.

yeah ill bump it up a bit.. i been taking adex at 0.5 every 3-4 days. i had nearly no water retention but i did lose about 4lb once i got off dianabol and .3 inches on my arms
since then i haven't moved a single bit in size and strength is pretty much the same. i will bump up my calories a bit, ill also look into blood test, i tried calling today but the hospital is closed till weekdays, so i guess ill wait.
 
I had something similiar happen to me i gained 12lbs from my dbol while running test e and 2 weeks after i had dropped the dbol i was stuckat the same weight and i thought the test was no good i thought i was eating enough alreeady but i upped my calories and strted putting on weight again, i was eating about same as u 3500 or 4000 and when i bumped up to 5000 i put on weight

So are you just eating chicken and protien shakes?

I would like to see what your diet is like daily, if you dont mind.

Where is the red meat, eggs, fats and other SOLID food?

Same thing for me on Enth(not z brand) last run I had, except for apptite... I was 8 weeks in and didnt get shit from it. I had my test levels checked and they were high.. First time i ran it same dose, i got everything i bargained for libido/appetite/well being etc. Not sure if im just getting older or what, since its been a while . I dont run year round, so i opt for Prop. Im not trying to wait 2 months for gains, when i can start to see them in 2 weeks. Its just a matter of working around the day after injection lol. Short and sweet for my goals

this is what its usually like..


meal 1, 2 cups of oats and 2-3 scoops of protein powder + big spoon full of peanut butter.


meal2, 2 chicken breasts with olive oil and cheese on top of them a bit, and half a plate full of brown rice.


meal3, 3 scoops of protein powder

meal4, 2 chicken breasts covered in olive oil and half a plate full of brown rice a gain.

meal 5- nearly 2 servings of a weight gainer. so like almost a thousand or 800ish calories.

ill put snacks around these aswell.. cookies and stuff

sometimes ill switch around what ill eat depending on my schedule.. not to include ill eat fruits/bananas/broclii etc.

Not that I am an expert... but why dont you split your dosage? Do 2 injections per week. Change up your workout routine. Get more/better sleep. Clean up your diet. Any of these could be an area of attention.

dude, how much weight do you think your body can put on in 6 weeks?

no you need to solidify your gains. your not going to just gain another 17lbs cause your test kicked in. this is a classic backside of dbol scenario.

everyone is right you need to eat more, but the gains are going to come much slower now. you will be lucky to put on a lb a week from here on out. but your SOLIDIFYING those dbol gains. just imagine if you werent on test? how much would you LOSE instead of maintain after coming off dbol?

so hopefully this makes a difference since ill be resting more, also my intenseity is really high, 1 min breaks between sets and a lot of concentration on negatives, not spending more than an hour in the gym.

why split it? i heard it only makes your blood levels more stable so people told me to go ahead with 1 injection

well all that weight i put on was basically also muscle memory.. i took for 4 months from surgery, after taking dianabol my strength went back to normal a little higher on certain lifts though.
 
so-maybe you should have waited to cycle then.

no need to argue about this, i told you what was going on, been there done that.
