i tryed that calf workout, calves has always been my weak spot. I did standing, only got up to 60 before i quit, and my calves are so sore, i can barely walk!! Thanks a lot
j/k, man i was planning on doing both seated and standing on seperate days, but im not sure if my calves will recover in time.
