delt pec tie in, tons of em, forearm/bicep tie in, inner quads, lats, tris....needless to say i look like i fought a bald eagle and lost! don't mind any of em either, battle scars from all the weight room battles i wear them w/ pride. most of them i got from bulking when young, i went from 147lbs thin as a rail for 5'7" at 17 to 235lbs and fat at 20. currently 218 and about 12%, since learning how important nutrition is....
