Haha...thanks guys! :wiggle:

Went up to Sheppard AFB this weekend...didn't work out Friday afternoon or all day Saturday...came back early on Sunday...hit the gym for about an hour and a half of cardio...

Today, I had an appointment with my trainer...so for about 45 minutes, he had me doing 30/60s and 60/120s...he was trying to push my heart rate past 190, but it only got to 188...he was disappointed in me...:sulk:...I'll post up my HR readings in a bit...

Went back tonight and did 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes on the cross-trainer...did some intervals of 8.7-9mph...yay...met with my new trainer (my old one is leaving for some MOS training)...he was in the Navy, attached to a Marine Recon unit as a corpsman...did 12 weeks of SEAL training before getting injured...was in charge of PT at his base...sounds promising...good guy...seems more knowledgable about the whole training thing...focusing on callenstics (sp) and core work, along with nutrition...we'll see...

nice work out Brat...hope the new trainer guy helps..whats up with the BP thing, you still trying to get into that?

Thanks!

Apparently, I have an interview on the 22nd back in Detroit...but I might have to reschedule or try to get one down here because I'm seriously considering moving here...I need out of Michigan...

...first goal is military, though...BP and all the other law enforcement stuff I've applied for is backup...

All right, now I'm pissed...they took this trainer off my 'case'...gave me a different one...not that this guy isn't good or anything, but c'mon! What gives??

I haven't been trained yet...haha...I mean, I've had a couple sessions with a National Guard guy...first one was doing front-back-gos for 45 minutes (not fun!!)...the other two were just working on my running...I have an appointment tonight with the third trainer (never got to workout with the second guy)...we'll see how that goes...he was in the US Navy and before that, he was in the Army over in the Czech Republic...so he has military experience...He just seems so nice...haha...

I put together my own weight training...trainers keep tellin' me to drop the weight and up the reps, but I mentally cannot do that...I feel weak enough as it is...:sulk:
