look the more muscle you carry the quicker the fat comes off...and its really freaking hard too too get stronger with out adding mass to your frame...the more wt you move the more muscle your goin to attain and the heavier you gonna be...however you BF% will drop as you attain more lean muscle mass (if, if your diet is in check)...PB's routine will help you shed fat, esp with all the friggin cardio you do..a mass routine like that will benifit you..and remember the military services may give you a hard time about your over all wt but as long as you make "tape" (BF%) they will let you in, also if your recruiter is really trying to get you in he will do his damnedest to get a waiver if it is that big of a deal.

you also may wanna take a look at HIT style training..this seems to work well for some..and if nothing else talk to Jul's about DC style trainin'..

Was supposed to meet with my trainer at 0800, but he thought it was 0900...so he told me to do some light weight/high reps weight training until he got there...

When my trainer got there, he took me out for a conditioning run. Kicked my ass, but I needed it...ran for about 25 minutes...did 30/60s at the end...then a nice stretching session...
 
adidamps...I do some HIIT a coupla days a week...monte pointed out something called guerilla cardio...so I do that every so often...3-5 times a week...I'm so obsessed with cardio...I'm going to start swimming in the morning and running outside...there are sidewalks around the gym...and I hate running on the treadmill...it's starting to give me shin splints, which doesn't make sense because it's not a hard surface like the roads are...

no not HIIT, HIT wt training....a lil differnt lol..its a full body routine generally done 2-3Xweek.
