Suggestions for a eating and workout schedule...

I am just trying to get a good system down for eating and working out. I leave for work at 6:45AM and I am back home by 5:00PM. During the day at work I have a 10:00AM break and an 11:45-12:30 lunch break. I can snack on anything just about any time but don't want to use the microwaves unless I'm on break.
I get home at around 5:00PM and hate going to the gym at this time because it is so friggin crowded. It slows down around 7:30PM. I usually sleep from 10:00-6:00. Do you good people have any suggestions for eating and working out with the info I have provided? Right now I am bulking if that helps.

big breakfast, big lunch, then dinner , then train, dont sleep at 10:00 eat instead or a MRP. bulking starts at 2000+ cals and 200 grms protein and working your way up.

Ok...I actually try to get about 400grms of protein a day (I'm 6' 230lbs.). I usually try to eat some hard boiled eggs during the day or even 2 cans of tuna (this is in between meals) I guess my biggest question is if I eat at say 6:00...is there any problem with training at say 7:30? Too soon after a big meal?? I like the idea of a MRP before bed.

Thanks MR

When bulking, I find what works best is 6 to 7 meals a day, most of the higher carbs earlier in the day and constant high protein snacks in between those meals. In other words I am constantly eating, one meal seems to flow into the next.

Get up earlier and go to bed earlier. Rearrange your schedule to meet your needs.

If you can snack at your desk load one of your drawers with snacks.....jerky, nuts, etc...

Of course that is hinged on your gym being open that early. I don't know your situation money wise or if you're a student or whatnot. I can tell you that Sweets and I payed 25 dollars for an after hours key at our gym. We'd go and train EARLY to avoid any type of crowd. There'd only be maybe 5 or six people total that early in the am. That wasn't a monthly charge either. Just a one time deposit on the key.

The pay back was that we always got through our workouts much more quickly because we never had to wait for equipment.

Like I said, I don't know your situation or where you train but if you can search out gyms that offer that to their members. It was definately worth the deposit.
