suggestions

hello,

im a 31 year old man who has been training for around 10 years now. i am 230 lbs and 5 foot 11. i am four weeks out of a ten week test cyp. cycle...my diet is clean and i added bout 15 lbs of lean muscle on my cycle..which was my first by the way...anyway my question is, i am a single man and looking for a better way to stay on my diet other than cooking for one every nite...that really makes it tough...and my goal is to cut a little body fat and keep as much of the gains as possible....any and all suggestions are welcome....as well as any supp's you can recomend....thank you in advance...

i cook for one as well. you need a roomate? :laugh4: all jokes aside: invest in some tupperware, cook a LOT of food at once, keep 3 days or so worth of it in the fridge and the rest in the freezer. not only do you not have an excuse not to eat clean, but you also get to buy in bulk, which is much cheaper. good luck!
