ok I regret never making a log in the passed few cycles so I thought id make one now, especially since this is my most complex cycle yet.

Test E 750mg 1-14
A/I's = 1.25 Letro and probably some Aromasin as well.

ok So I've actually already started my cycle, today was my third shot and thus far I am feeling amazing. Obviously the injectables havent kicked in but the Dbol is once again making me insanely strong!

When I originally made my order it included Anadrol but naps forgot to include it so I started my cycle without it. Today the Anadrol came so im going to add that to the dbol. I wish it woulda came all togeather but its only been about a week so whatever.

The dbol I am splitting up and taking every 3 hours, the anadrol I just broke in half and will take half a pill in the morning and half a pill in the afternoon to keep it steadily running in my body.


Workouts are awesome as usual while on gear and I feel like I really take it to the next level.

Tommorow is chest day, I will take some pics and post them up then and every so often through out the cycle.

Any questions, comments, constructive criticism welcome :)

So today I did chest.. This cycle im going to do some trial and error as far as the weight I use and the amount of reps im doing. Obviously the goal is to get big however im not gonna go with the regular 6-8 reps as after using this method for almost 6 months I didnt see a great benefit from it. Instead im going to start light with high reps and end up doing heavy weight lower reps.. Im hoping doing both light weight high reps AND heavy weight lower reps will make my body grow better.



Started with incline, did a 25 rep warm up at 135, first set - 195x15, second set- 225x12,third set - 265x8

Next I did flat flyes. First set 45x25, second set 55x20, third set 65x15

Next I did declined dumbell press. First set 45x25, second set 60x20, third set 80x15 (highest my gym goes in dumbbells)

Ended the workout with 3 sets of pec dec flyes.. I forgot the weights but again, I started light and ended heavy.

These weights were relatively light for me however I want to work on VERY strict form so I chose to go a bit lighter.. Im sure as I get stronger though ill want to go retarded heavy lol.

Your looking good man. Especially since most of your cycles have been bulkers with the Deca and Dbol that bloat you up anyways. You start to lean out your going to be a fucking beast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks man, usually they say for the combo you should do low doses of dbol but fucckk em I wanna get the absolute most I can outta this cycle so im sticking with the 50mg of dbol w the 50mg of drol.. Its my first time with drol so im gonna stick with the 50mg and see how i do.. Im already up to freaking 204 from 200 like 3-4 days ago!!!!
 
Just got back from seeing the Grave digger monster trucks and am about to hit back hard now.. im tired as fuck but hopefully 200mg of no dose will wake me the fuck up!

close grip bench press
machine push downs
rope push downs
skull crushers
dumbbell kickbacks

felt real good but I see the bloat piling up killing my definition. Couple weeks ago my tris stood out real well, right now my tris are almost un-noticable, just see a big ole arm lol.

Also, after working out the last few days i feel a bit light headed and queezy.. Think im gonna go and check my blood pressure checked, doesnt like some rite aids and cvs's have the machine right there where you stick your arm in and it reads it?
 
Soo im about 4-5? weeks in and thought id give an update.. I apologize my log isnt detailed like everyone else, been pretty busy but anyway.. Workouts are going great, feeling insane pumps and so far my trial with light weight high reps JOINED with heavy weight low reps has been working. I am staying somewhat lean yet gaining weight.

Today I weighed in a 209.4 pounds which im pretty happy about. I DO feel really strong however I think that the hype about Anadrol this whole time of me not using it is really overated. Im not feeling any enormous strength gains that I havent gotten from just Dbol and also havent seen any real side effects exept for chest acne which I got from my last tren/test cycle.

Did back yesterday, felt incredible. 3 sets of lat pull downs, 25 reps, 15 reps, 12 reps I think. Then moved on to seated cable rows, did the same high to low reps obviously increasing the weight significantly each time. After I did some bent over rows, started real light, 95 pounds, then 135, then 185.. Exhausted but managed to do 3 sets of dead lifts @135, 185, 225.. Was done with my workout but was looking swole as fuck showing that im gaining so I threw in a few sets of dumbell rows making it an awesome workout.. Could barley steer my car afterwords, it was funny.


My weight is varying from time of day from 212-215, cant seem to break 215 though.. If I step on the scale and it says 215 ill purposly go and take shake and try and stuff my face becuase im sooo close to my goal of 225 lolol

Overall I havent heard too many people doing the light weight/high reps to heavy weight low reps in a single workout but I really think its working for me.. Strength isnt rediculous like past cycles but the gains seem to be coming nicely and I seem to be staying lean.
 
No disrespect man but join a real gym. Planet Fitness? Really??

You look big and mean man. You need to hit a real gym with some real dumbbells... Stick to the heavy compounds and fill in any gaps with some high volume sets (12-20reps).

I belong to 3 gyms, I just like Planet fitness becuase there open 24 hours, and my ex gf works there and lets me steal toilet paper, paper towels, cases of water/gatoraid ext lolol.
 
on a diff note, I still have this damn chest acne from last cycle and cant fucking get rid of it.. I can tell ALOT of it is gonna scar, anyone know what i can/should do to while its somewhat fresh to minimize the life long look of this shit? I wanted to start taking pics for fitness modeling and I DEF cant do that shit looking like a fucking pizza.

yeah man, VERY surprised at this actually as well as Ive had side effects with just a small amount of test and deca before.. Now im running the most test ive ever ran, a decent amount of deca and alot of Dbol with Anadrol added for the first time.

No added acne that I havent already had from be4, no aggression, no liver pains, nips starting to get sore but probably becuase I stopped taking letro for a bit cuz it was killing my sex drive (i think)
