the original superclen was a high dose clen mixed with ketofin , the ketofin was to keep the receptors from getting immune to the clen , this allowed longer cycles of clen instead of the standard 2 week on 2 week off cycle . the stuff was pretty powerfull and you should be carefull useing it . superclen was made in a ug lab in china and his doses werent allways spot on but most feedback i heard on the superclen was good . i hope this helps

I just got super clen yesterday. I took my first dose today. Let me tell you I certainly felt it today. I took one at 5am and one at 12noon. I had been taking regular clen 2tabs twice a day and I did not feel it like this. I am do to cycle off for two weeks now but am looking forward to starting back up. My tabs are also very small with no markings. It could be hard to break. I suggest getting a pill splitter at the pharmacy it should help just becareful your first few days. good luck.
