I'd really like to find a good supplement that helps with joint pain before I start winter bulk stack cycles. I have a bad right ac joint, and get the cortizone shots for it, but i'd also like to find a product thats good for joint health. Appreciate the help.
glucosamine and chondroitant supps are good. also ostarine helped me with my shoulder. i was on it for about a month and been off for a while. shoulder still feels good.
I've fought shoulder injuries on and off for the past 5 years.
some people swear by it, some don't. Has scientific reasoning behind the use of it, and can get it pretty cheap online. I added this to my regiment to help with joint pain.
both My AC's are type 1 at the moment, without 'something' I can't do dips as the pain is just like a knife in the joint. I few non herbal options for you to consider that have been used for decades in some cases;
Sodium morrhuate; basic description, it's an irritant that causes the body to react in such a way to rebuild and reinforce the tendon and ligaments ( this is a solution if your a type 2 or 3 AC patient ).
This is a detailed description Joint Reconstruction Therapy | McDonagh Medical Center
PRP; platelet rich plasma, this simply skips the above step and goes right to injecting a hyper solution of platelets into the area, This is the process I've been considering but it's not available here yet.
SARMS; both Osta and S4 have very good healing and pain shielding properties, I wouldn't recommend this for anything but a type 1 AC issue as it's not a therapy, but an accelerated natural healing vehicle. ( still going to take weeks at lighter lifting loads and therapy.)
i've been using skeletal balm for quite awhile with great results plus its a super great value.this stuff will last me a year + easy.def a good pick up for pain.
Personally, krill oil is by far the best for me. I was skeptical at first but I tried Kill oil from ntbm and it was legit. I been on it ever since. I love it because i actually notice a difference. Joints felt great after about 2 weeks.
