Sust/eq dbol/ anadrol... Unsure of my cycle seeking constructive criticism

Why don't u take out your pathetic life on someone else.. I'm seeking help... not some tool that refuses to grow up belittle me
 
his point was dead on though bro. i thought the same way when i first started researching steroids, reading profiles and such. this one makes you hard, this one bloats you, yadda yadda yadda.

i've since come to be of a mind that so much more depends on your diet.

people look at it all wrong. i want to throw in dbol at the beginning to "maximize my gains" and winnie at the end to "get me that shredded look." but i'll eat the same way all cycle? there's something wrong with that.

anyway, i think his point was just don't rely on the gear. if you need to lose fat, eat differently and adjust your training, if you want to add maximum muscle, eat differently and adjust your training. the different compounds can work along side your diet and training with synergy if you use them strategically, but without the right diet and training to work alongside, they are silly to use.

at least that's the way i look at it. and you should diet and train differently for fat loss than for maximum mass gains. obviously, but still.... just sayin....

y don't u just run the test with eq (monitor your bp & go for chinese phlebotomy if it goes too high ) ... use HCG starting on week 2-end of cycle -- and you'll have a nice soft landing ... tamox is fine 40mgs ED 2-3 weeks taper off if you used HCG during cycle

if you don't run HCG throughout - then at least a few pins, like every couple of weeks... so your balls stay plump
 
Okay thanks for the replys guys. I'm going to run the Sustanon (sust) at 500 mg for 12 weeks and do the eq for 11 at 250-275.. and just the anadrol for 6 weeks.. from week8 or 9 to 12 can I throw in some winnie to geet a more lean and hard look? Also if I follow this what week do I start the pct I have tamox and clomid.. I guess ill just run a standard pct unless u thiknk a certain dose for my cycle is ideal....thanks:afro:

At 6' and 180lbs you want a "lean" look? Fuck me.
 
Thanks.. I totally understand that and my diet is now right where I want it between 5000::and 6000cals..I just wanted to do my cycle right that's why I asked..and u all know much more then me.. I just don't want to be talked down too wen I'm just seeking advice. I appreciate every response thank you guys
 
Yea I know I should run eq between 12 and 15 wks.. but I only have enuff for ten weeks atr 300::or 11wks at 275::: wen. I said I want a lean look I meaqnt I wana be like 200 with no fat. Just definition. That's why I cut down to 180 to erase all my fat.. now I have the perfect base to build muscle on,, I really don't have a problem cuttin fat/weight.. its just the addition of a good amouint of muscle that is tough.
 
Thank you robo cop for ur post cycle therapy (pct) recommeendation... For now on if you guys want togeuinely help me thanks alot, but for everyone that has to sit there and say sarcastic comments, belittling me, just take a walk go ruin someone elses day
 
ps.. only reason why i liste my TOTAL order was so you know i have other gear and was wondering if anything would switch out to help with my cycle.
right now im going to be rollin with
Sustanon (sust) 600awk 11wks?
eq 275awk for 11 wks.. or 300 awk for 10.. i gues i canalso do 250 a week for 12 but that is certainly gettin low..
my final choice is if im running dbol for 4 weeks at 30mg.. or anadrol at 5 weeks at 50-75mg.. also if you guys have a better plan for a post cycle therapy (pct) vrs a standard one that would be great...
my stats are 6ft 185.. bf around 9%.. my diet is in perfect check for what i have been doing cutting and am going to be upping it significantly to reach my goals to make solid gains. thanks guys.. i have read abunch of forums but i just dont know exactly would be the best plan of attak.. that is why im asking all u more knowledgeable then me.
 
Anyway i realized the dose of eq was not sufficient so this is how my cycle looks
Sust- 625 awk 12 wks
eq- 400 mg for 12 wks
dbol 30-50 ed for week 1-4(5) or anadrol ed 75-100 wk 1-5(6)
 
Good choice but not much of an oral fan. Just preference. Keep those cals up and train hard and you will do good. Just remember the real work comes after when your strength and energy seem to diminish after feeling so good and strong on cycle. You have to eat and train to maintain and it can be difficult at times so be ready to put in some hard work.
 
Yes i do read it.. Thats why i decided to bump it to 400 for 12 weeks.. Really all i can do.. I read 400 is a lower dose but decent results from it.. 600 is ideal but i dont have much more money left.. Also i know i should go for 15 16 weeks but again i cannot.. I think the extra 2 weeks will help.. Sorry i did read all the threads and thats why i made the best adjustment i could....thanks
