swelling at inject site

Nothing I haven't done before or we haven't read about over and over
it's swollen, red and I have a low grade fever with a general body achiness

BUT What worries me a bit is the vial I injected from was suspect. It was Brovel Norandren 200 with 2002 expiration. The rubber stopper was protruding like a big nipple on a chick. I just figured there was too much air injected in the vial at some point. I wonder if the shit was contaminated?

I hadn't picked up that vile in years. I ran out of Deca so I figured I'd use it until I get more. Feel like I'm dying

I used it three years ago.
sides are going away today. I am not as lethargic and not as achy but the site is still hard and sore. I'm throwing the shit away

Probably a good thing. I make mostly homebrew and when I'm not sure about something I just throw it out. New gear is cheaper than a visit to the hospital.
