Switchin' up 4 day workout...

I was doing this :

Monday chest
Tuesday back/shoulders
Wed Off
Thurs arms
Fri legs

But I want to swith shoulders out...

I was thinkin this

Monday chest/bis
Tuesday legs
Wed Off
Thurs back/tris
Fri shoulders

do you think shoulders would lack because of tri's the day before. My partner wants to try to keep wed off but stay on a m,t,th,fri deal....
 
others may disagree with me (duh), but wouldn't this be better:

mon: back/bis
tues: legs
wed: off
thurs: chest/tris
Frid: shoulders
 
koops is dead on i am currently running a 4 day split and it works wonders..
mon- chest shoulders
tues back
wed off
thurs- legs
fri- arms
 
when i say shoulders i mean like a few sets of side laterals.. cuz a i hate shoulders and they grew easily from chest and back workouts and b its a small area so less is best

this been going on for months BB. he's tried everything but that.

not saying this is the case here but a lot of guys are hesitant to push themselves. nothing wrong with this but if you wanna be big and strong it aint gona happen at the smoothie bar sweating the counter girl. you gonna have to get into uncharted waters and take some risks. nothing wrong with missing a rep. not trying is the crime if you wanna be........

i know i was somewhat reluctant..but damn the last 9 weeks or so have been the best training weeks of my life other than when i was a virgin lol..

Tryn trust me you will get bigger as well as stronger..for example ive pretty much dropped shoulders... if i have the enrgy which is most of the time ill hit a few sets of side laterals for 10 reps and on DE bench i may do 1 or 2 sets of presses for reps as well..ill be honest i may not be able to BB press as much as i used to (not sure havent tried) but my delts are actually bigger and fuller from all the heavy pressing not to mention my tris have grown as well and you know what i dont have an "arm" day lol..if everything else is failing you or you arent happy give Pb's routine a try for 10 weeks or so..what's the worst that could happen?

people give up on routines way too easily. they have to be COMPLETED. at least once, if not more.
6, 10, 12 weeks... whatever. just give it time to work. the worst that will happen is you won't improve, but you probably weren't anyway.
the best is- you'll gain strength.
