I normally blast with deca. But I am trying primo 1st time and no deca. So I am noticing some knee issues...deca seems to help that's for sure!

If it's inflamation causing the pain I've found naproxen at 550 x2/day really knocks it out. Ibuprofen does nothing for me. Sometimes it's just growing pain though. I swear when I'm growing fast I just have weird nerve related pains that I can't seem to do anything about.
I was taking it mostly for a couple of smashed discs in my lower back. I got a series of epidural shots that finally smoothed it out enough to let me finish them off with a Percocet and whiskey preworkout. Seems they've finally dried up enough I can get back to squatting and deadlifting heavy. I still keep the naproxen script going though as they really help with my occasional odd pains.Ya know back 4 years ago I was suffering from such tendonitis and epicondylitis I could almost wanna cut my limb off.... I was living on a script of 800 mgs Ibuprofen 3 times a day and then 1 hr before arm day I would load up 600mgs of Ibuprofen .
IT took care of the pain however I was also killing my kidneys at the same time. It finally went away ???
Man I had the same things you did in regards to epidural shots and percocets, which lead me on a four year addiction battle with the Percs. Haven't touched them in five or six years, can't even remember now. I do remember quitting cold turkey and thinking I wanted to die the withdrawal was so bad. I wouldn't touch those fuckers for anything. Strangely enough, I had the epidural shots for a groin injury that wouldn't heal. Ibuprofen regularly does help that tendinitis a little bit in my experience, but who the fuck needs more pills right? Not me.I was taking it mostly for a couple of smashed discs in my lower back. ETA: I have had some questionable kidney function tests in the past. Now I wonder if maybe that's related. Off to google that one...
