Harnold, you can do something about golfers or tennis elbow, but it is slow & painful. If your left hand palm is facing up tennis is the outside and golfers is the inside - I've had golfers medial epicondilitis before. I think mine was from imbalance and over use, what helped was working on the muscles and tendons both sides with massage, like rolling on a lacrosse ball or digging in with fingers. Fine line between working it and aggravating it. Have to be persistent. Also worked the opposite side muscles in the forearm to try to balance out. And helped a lot to not used close hand grips when doing pullups, farmer's carry, etc. Keep your thumb on the same side as the fingers. Biggest relief was probably deca at low 200 mg/wk dose, while doing all the above - got rid of mine.
