Tendon pain is so bad in my right elbow I cant curl at all and can hardly press of any kind. I am doing some stretches to help the tendon and also wrapping when I can. Any other suggestions to help.
I go through this shit all the time because I train pretty heavy. When it happens you need to get ice on it as much as possible (i buy the wraps that you can put in the freezer and wear them to bed). Also, you need to STOP using it for a few days...let it rest. focus on the lower body for a few days..then, after a few days go back at it lightly and then reavaluate
pretty much what barry said. keep stretching, ice it, give it rest. after a few days i would try some band work and see how that feels. may need to take a good 4 weeks off or so.
