Terrible farts due to diet -- advice needed

I'm sure many of you are in the same boat. When you are eating healthy stuff like turkey, broccoli, protein shakes and a million different pills every day, gas is sure to be a problem.

It's so bad that *I* can't stand my own farts.

My car smells so bad right now, I would not be able to GIVE it away!

Little help?

i have the same issue.. but it tends to come and go..

Two protein shakes during the day (180g total).

One "Oh Yeah!" protein bar (28g).

And ALWAYS either 8-10 oz. of flank steak or a large piece of haddock for dinner.

Other than that, lots of veggies, fruit, Cellucor C4, whole grain English muffins + peanut butter and nothing but water all day for a beverage.
 
more then likely ur shakes.. 180g of protein from shakes is wayyy too much bro.. eat real food your body will become accustom to it
 
I think im air intollerant. Horrible gas my whole life. Extremely bad, farting 20 times an hour since I started bodybuilding. I just accept it now.
 
Eat Greek yogurt. Adds protein and probiotics to your diet. I second the comment by 3J about that being way too much protein from non-food sources.
 
its the protein shakes bro (and egg whites if you have em' )!!! i think most of us are in the same boat....try using some pro-biotics.
 
Sounds like all of your protein is shakes damn near, thats no good. Digestive issues is why you're farting, I firmly believe a good diet will not cause farts even at over 500g protein.

LOL @ this ... so true but then every1 stares at u and wants to murder u after for stinking the gym up hahaha, ive done some pretty deadly farts in the gym its funny lol u see the hole gym just clear out lol
 
Three words. Squats... dead lifts.. lmfao

leg press is deadly 2 lol the 1 where the weight comes down on u.. 1 of my mates is huge he farts almost each rep the weight comes down lol its like shit is gonna come out of his ass literally lol
 
This thread rocks! The leg press is a killer for me too, it puts you in the perfect position to let one rip.
I am going to try the probiotics from RLS too and maybe that new digestive matrix too.

Stuff works man....shakes used to make me unbearable to be around....probiotics all but erased the gas....still get a little but no where near as bad
