Test and Tren Help

I'm needing some help in figuring how much test and tren to take. Its Test Prop and Tren Ace, 100 mg/mL.

I'm a first timer and I'm 5'5" and 150.

You need to get your diet and training in check and add on some weight naturally first. You are very thin and adding any type of AAS at this point would be a waste. You can maximize your natural potential first and then do a cycle. I know this isn't what you want to hear but several are going to tell you the same thing dude. Food is the most important thing with training and then AAS to take you to the next level when you can't go any further naturally.
 
I sure wouldn't describe myself as thin, but I'm certainly not at a natural peak either. I suppose I ought to explain my goals then.

I'm not necessarily looking to bulk up, I want to use the help to get stronger, lower BF %, lean muscle. I am a grappler and I'm trying to get a push.
 
how old are you?
tren isnt great for stamina so that will be a trade off for strength

give the board your full stats

I develop stamina fairly well naturally, strength is whatt I have a more difficult time building.

What stats do you need? I'll give them, I just need to know what else you need.
 
Tren is bad for 1st timer. I agree.

IMO, Tren is bad choice for first cycle because you dont know how you'll take the extra amount of test alone!! Tren comes with some really fucked up sides & if your not "seasoned" & prepared mentally, you'll be fucked! Haha Sometime test only can be a handfull for Newbs (not that I'm a vet or anything, just saying). So it is my opinion that you start with a mild dose of Test C or E and see how everything goes. You'll likely forget all about Tren for a good couple of years seeing the gains from that!
