THis is the route i would go as well, but i was just stating some things i have heard over the years.jarbulldog said:75mg of prop ed is not that much, maybe try .25-.5mg of armidex eod and that should lower the bloating. also of is your diet? what is your sodium in take? are you doing cardio?
xtremethickness said:Diet consists mainly of steak and potatoes two or three meals a day, the occasional chicken breast instead of steak, protein shakes in between, large breakfast usually 6-10 eggs, maybe bacon depending on how i feel and anything left over from the previous day, on top of that, I eat whatever else I feel like when I'm hungry. When I cook, which is the majority of my meals, I dont add any extra salt, I try to use salt-free seasonings whenever possible. McCormack makes a good one. As for cardio, its dependent on the BF readings. if I exceed 12% I'll do cardio, otherwise, I dont take time out of my day to do any.
