test bloat

what does your cycle look like?
watch your sodium intake, drink plenty of water and add an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and you should be fine

Many of people tell me it does, especially back in the old days. Not as an antiaromatase though. I guess because it "drys you out" it dries out some of the bloat as well. I have know clue if it is true because i have never used Winstrol (winny). I knew a bunch of guys who swore by this before adex. Granted they were not running more than 500mg a week, i am not sure if it works very well, if it works at all, or if it works at higher amounts of test. This is just what i was told.

my cycle is very simple, consisting of 75mg/day prop, I really dont mind the bloat and I am not prone to gyno, but I am hosting a party this weekend and I just didn't want to be bloated, some people around me told me that my cheeks looked a little fatter, I told them it was from the protein and creatine, (people are so gullible)...yet my BF% has stayed the same. I'll try the Winstrol (winny) and we'll see if it works like jcp2s' "people from back in the day" claim.

75mg of prop ed is not that much, maybe try .25-.5mg of armidex eod and that should lower the bloating. also of is your diet? what is your sodium in take? are you doing cardio?

THis is the route i would go as well, but i was just stating some things i have heard over the years.

Diet consists mainly of steak and potatoes two or three meals a day, the occasional chicken breast instead of steak, protein shakes in between, large breakfast usually 6-10 eggs, maybe bacon depending on how i feel and anything left over from the previous day, on top of that, I eat whatever else I feel like when I'm hungry. When I cook, which is the majority of my meals, I dont add any extra salt, I try to use salt-free seasonings whenever possible. McCormack makes a good one. As for cardio, its dependent on the BF readings. if I exceed 12% I'll do cardio, otherwise, I dont take time out of my day to do any.

first of you need more than 2 solid meals/day..
bacon is high in sodium so are whole eggs, as well as most junk food..just be careful with that stuff

I should have been more clear... 2 or 3 meals a day are strictly steak and potatoes, usually three. another meal being eggs and sometimes bacon. then three protein shakes at 72grams protein/shake. if I feel like tuna, then I'll make tuna and oatmeal patties that I read about on another board, so all in all, I get in 5 meals + shakes, and thats on a daily basis.
