Hi guys

Starting test cyp cycle tomorow at 600 per week, how should the diet be how much i need to eat?, last time i did test e cycle wasnt very happy with gains, strenght gains were great though but this time i want more size, advise guys?

What are your stats?

not trying to be a dick but not knowing your diet this close to game time is piss poor planning.. and you should be eating to gain already even before cycle

but to answer your question i would to know your body weight, body fat to get your BMR then multiply by your activity factor to get TDEE.... to bulk u are going to be 500-1000 over that number.. the diet section should have been your best friend between cycles and this should have been decided, macros calculated and printed on your fridge

I would eat on a 500 calorie surplus, 1-1.5 gram of protein per pound you weigh and 3 grams of carbs per pound.

figure out your maintenance cals, theres alot of tools on the internet to do it.

what were you eating last time?
 
A poor diet will always hinder your gains. You should consider hiring me to supervise u. Or at the least check out the diet section.

certainly dont need 500 grams of carbs. there is a thing called fat, use that
 
Hire 3J. I can tell you from experience with me an my entire family he knows what he's doing. I gained around 10lbs over the last 2 months from diet. I didn't gain 1 pound over the last 8 months before hiring 3J. That 10lbs was a lean 10lbs. I have a nice 6 every morning and every night and still gaining weight..
 
Can't go no where without fuel in the tank. Can't build a house without material. Can't gain muscle without eating enough of the right foods.
 
just took my first test cyp shot 300mg, its strange i didnt feel hot flash that i felt an hour after shot last time i took test e i had that feeling, why not now, i thought test cyp and test e are same?
 
AAS is the "cherry on the sundae" per say meaning its used to top off an already good diet, sleep, and training program. Keep this principle in mind.

More posts like this are needed here to influence a new era of intelligent, healthy athletes getting the most from their gear.

IMO eating the same year round as a lifestyle instead of ASS run diet makes sense.

Yep! These younger guys tend to think that gear is the magical potion after seeing pro bbers. I am a younger guy myself(22), but have learned from experience that there's no shortcuts to busting your ass in the gym and making every meal count. Gear will only inhibit further growth from all this.
