Test/Deca cycle new member

I was really enjoying being open and just posting my thoughts alongside training and aas protocol and somebody took all the fun out of it...
Anyways yesterday i hit chest/back, heavy bench heavy deads heavy barbell rows and accesories, today only shoulders, destroyed them, proper warmup followed by dumbell shoulder press 5 sets of 8 reps x 95lbs then moved on to a whole bunch of other lifts too much to type too lazy too tired right now. Milton would be happy to know i didnt get to have sex with my chick tonight cause she closes, but i did drop her off a beautiful bouquet of flowers, a nice bottle of wine and a card, cause i like doing that kind of stuff. Shoulders and back are pretty damn sore, may take tomorrow off. Tomorrow pin my first prop will do 1.5 cc eod for the next 2 weeks alongside blasting hcg cause i failed to do that during cycle so shoot me lol buenos noches hombres

But on the other hand please do not push Milton sometimes he has to put they hammer down and straighten us all out. I've been on the forums in where there are no monitors and it is ugly and some get hurt.

I love this place and have the utmost respect for staff. I know they show a lot of patience with me.

Not sure where you live but it was around 11 pm last time i posted. I dont do drugs but yeah my preworkout and adrenaline keeps me up a lil late sometimes lol. Yea i get it milton has a job to do but he should lighten up a bit for sure
 
Hit legs/biceps yesterday. I was supersetting calve raises with barbell curls and some guy came over and started taking weights off the seated calve machine... i dropped the barbell and took my ear buds out and told him WTF are you doing?!?! I have my towel and water bottle sitting on the goddamn machine! He was like sorry i didnt know. Yeah ok dude you saw the weights but not my towel draped over them and me standing right next to that shit curling? Get the fuck outta here!! Some people i tell ya.
12 hr day at work. Was still gonna hit the gym but my chick talked me out of it, even though i knew she wanted to go. I push myself way too hard sometimes, she was right, i wouldve had a mediocre workout and just further exhausted myself so instead i had a bomb ass new york steak, brown rice/black bean/brocoli dinner and a shower. Tomorrow I'm coming in hot, heavy incline bench and triceps... watch out haha

Hit a new pr on the incline bench today and my strength is back up from last week so that tells me my body was just weaker from being sick. That's a big relief. Pinning the prop eod no biggy the prop is smooth no pip at all, less than the test e/deca actually. Gonna hit triceps/traps tomorrow, i know, wierd combo but it's what needs to be done. Happy friday bros
 
From my personal experiences I would bump the test up to 600mg maybe more being 33yo keep the Deca at 400mg, and depending on your E levels adex .25 - 1 mg eod. HCG is always good to run both on and of cycle, do your homework and see what you think. As far as your diet, you didn't list your BF but said your "solid so im assuming you in the 10 -15 range, you certainly want to be eating more, I like to do a total of 8 meals a day, and 1 intra workout meal. Theres no substitute for real food the less food supplements the better and try to make all your meals equal, for example I eat 8 meals a day every 2 hours, and each meal is 50G protein 40-60 carbs and 15g fat. the cleaner your getting these macros the better. Do not be afraid of fats, fats and carbs are essentially what allow you to grow, you do want them in moderation and make damn sure they are good fats.
 
Seems like you read my 1st post only lol, cycle is actuall coming to an end, just running test prop right now up until 5 days before start of pct. I ran 600 test e/600 deca all cycle. My diet took a bit of a hit the last 2 months, next go i will keep that in better check
 
Fuckin blew out my right elbow doing incline barbell skull crushers, damnit. Did 2 more sets and it hurt bad enough i had to switch to legs. Still got in a pretty good workout, hopefully its healed by monday.

I love skull crushers . Even tho it's tough on the elbows you are strong and can do alot of weight...but then u run the risk of an injury. You have to really do them just a bit lighter and maybe more volume for now on to avoid another injury.

Normally i do them on the flat bench but i was trying to switch shit up and confuse the muscles, right babe? Did close grip bench 225x15x5 sets supersetted with kickbacks right before that so my elbows were done lol. Feeling better right now hopefully its minor.
 
Just got home, my slin pins and ampule cutter came in so the plan is to blast the hcg up until pct and hope for the best. I have read up a lot on how to go about that anyone who has blasted hcg eoc that want to chime in go ahead, so bummed my cycle is coming to an end what a good time
 
So i finally came clean with my chick, told her about the gear, she was way cool about it. She hasbeen with other dudes on gear before and she has taken clen, winstrol, anadrol so it wasn't a big deal at all. Weight off my chest. Only reason i told her was cause I'm starting pct in 2 weeks and I'm worried about how this long heavy cycle is gonna effect me, even contimplating getting some cialis just in case i need it, i love sex waaaay too much lol. Anyways thats it no gym today, gotta let my elbow heal, just kickin it with my mini me
 
Truck shit on me again yesterday, took it into the auto shop and they recommend i take it to ford as it is an issue with the engine. Fuck. Last night i was the horniest i have ever been in my life lol. I think cause i still have the test e running strong in my body and I'm pinning 1.5 ml prop eod so my test is way elevated. My ex wife picked up my kid and was being flirty, thats a no go right there at least i know that. My chick was working late i got bored and started a pof account to hit up some chicks, got a couple bites but none of them were worthy enough. Yeai know i'm an asshle. I was drinking obviously. So starting today I'm back on the wagon, dont like how alchohol fucks my head up, i gotta lot of good things goin for me and i dont want to screw that up. Thanks for listening ttyl
