Test E/EQ Spring Cycle

I have read lots of mixed advice as to use HCG through out the cycle and at the end of the cycle. I use at the end and it seems to work well for me. have you odne both?

Yes, I have used it both ways, I have kinda developed my own way of using it.

I do both. I have a big problem with my nuts shrinking down to nothing for an extended period of time, so I run a small dose throughout the cycle starting around week 2. This keeps them at a reasonable size throughout the cycle and actually helps my mood and overall sense of well being (I assume it must have something to do with the whole LH/FSH thing). At the end up my cycle, rather than hitting large doses for 3-4 shots, I'll run more moderate doses (500-1000iu's) EOD for about 5 shots and I feel like that get me back to normal pretty quickly. The overall shrinkage of my nuts determines the dosage.

Very interesting method, It makes sense though, I like the idea. I think I'm going to experiment with that in the future.

the big thing about hcg is to make sure that you don't desensitize yourself... using moderate doses throughout the cycle and/or smaller doses at the end for a week or so will not to that to you IMO.... I'm not a medical doctor, so don't take what I say as fact, but from what I have read you need to be taking LARGE amounts for an extended period of time to do that to yourself

Good info as always - I was kinda freaked by the shrinkage on my last cycle so am going to try hcg on my next. Took the boyz a full 6 weeks to recover....

I couldn't have her examine me, that would be entirely too awkward if she had to do anything to my junk lol

HCG helps keeping the boys plump. I always recommend it if its available.

Upright Rows 100/12, 110/11, 110/10

Tricep Extension (on Lat Pull) 50/12, 55/10, 55/9
Overhead Cable Extension 60/8, 55/10, 50/10

*felt good until I shit out on Shoulder Press, but I recovered well to finish the workout
*might bump up the calories a little bit
 
Dave Polumbo over at MD suggests this for PCT:
2000ius E3D for 2 weeks
50-100 mgs of clomid 2-3 weeks
AI throughout PCT

I asked him if he thought 2000ius would contribute to desnsitizing you and he stated that it is a clinically approved dose as well as dosing pattern.

I could believe that, I would like to see the study but that sounds reasonable. I don't know if I would use that much, maybe more like 1000iu's E3D.
 
YA I talked to FerrariF50 about it too and he thought it was a very high dose as well but there are hundreds of studies out there that always contradict each other. Im sure High doses are used but not for OUR purpose.

I would think that heavy hcg use like that would only be required for people coming off some serious stacks. For the average user, I would think that an average hcg dose would suffice just fine.
 
Hey Milky, if your able to do stretches for sixty seconds, how about going for longer like 120secs? Have you tried it?

When i got used to doing 2minutes, my chest grew onto a complete new level!

I've gone from starting around 40 seconds and now I'm at 60 seconds... recently I've added more weight to the stretch and its been awesome for the stretch. I'm curious if I could even go for 2 minutes without passing out.

what size pin are you hitting that pec with, just curious?

I've using 28g 1/2" pins right now because the Suspension is micronized and shoots really easily. I have used as big as 25g 1" pins and that wasn't really a problem either.

From what I understand, Pecs are really hit or miss. Some people have no problem with them, whereas others experience A LOT of pain.

*the Leg Extension, Leg Curls, and Seated Calf Raise machines were ancient, so the weight #'s were all fucked up
*hadn't Squatted in 6 weeks or so, so I took it easy on the weight
*can't be doing deadlifts and squats back to back, my lower back was very tight training today
