Test E/EQ Spring Cycle

sorry if that came out rude in any way, I just hate the billion dollar supplement industry and how fucked it actually is...

LOL - no worries man - I agree, having just wasted $100 on supps that must have been 100% rice flour in Red Capsules! - I'm a sukker for the advertising sometimes... I like your brutal frankness - don't start sugar coating your opinions until you enter the corporate world....hahahaha

I think I can hold onto it more easily because I've been over 300 a couple times.

that would do it, I've never been any larger than 255lbs, but I was kinda doughy at that point

I have a pretty small born structure as well, so I think I look a little bit bigger than my weight reveals...

Thanks bro, things have been going well with this cycle thus far... I'm looking forward to the long esters kicking in and seeing some insane results.

I have boot cut jeans and loose cut jeans, for the times of the year that I have overly large legs and legs that are large, but can fit into normal jeans.

Day 16

50mg Suspension... right delt

*have noticed some increased vascularity at all times of the day
*recovery time has been halved and my appetite is raging

Hey man - Funny I did almost the exact same workout this am! only I have tons more reps than you. For example on the one arm rows i did 6 sets of 10,10,8,8,5,6 from 55 up to 75 lbs. Do you do warm ups that you don't write down or did u really just do 6 reps at 100? You find that the low reps at high weights makes u grow more/faster?

One mo ? - did you pin yourself in the tricep or get help? i'm looking for easy places to self pin apart from the glutes and quads.

Thanks bro! BTW - nice job on the pullups - 12? yeow! I did 6,6,4,5,5

The one set that I do for RP is after the Pull Ups which are 3 working sets. I can't manage doing the RP sets with actual pull ups, so I do my last set on a machine that I can handle, if that makes sense.

I change my rep range based on how I feel for the day/how I've been progressing.

Pinning the tricep isn't easy to do by yourself, but with a small needle, its not all that hard to do. I would recommend delts, pecs, and biceps before triceps.
