Test - E - First cycle in 3-4 weeks HELP

Hey everyone, ive been reasearching for a long time now and i think i have all the info together to do my first cycle first lets start with my stats goals ect..

Age - 21
Height - 6'2
Weight - 260 (roughly 20% bf)
Lifting for about 3-4 years on and off only stopping for football seasons ect.
been in martial arts/football since i was about 8 years old. played football for the last 7.
My body is physicly ready for the cycle.

Goals - Cut down body fat/ keep close to the same weight (ill be on a strict lean protines diet/little to no carbs/low fats low surgars) during cycle.

now that you know a little more about me im going to talk a little about my cycle im going to do (pretty basic)

start in about 3-4 weeks

Weeks 1-12 250mg twice a week - Test E

PCT

Weeks 14-17 40 mg GP Nolva per day (first week 40mg then down to 20mg daily)
Weeks 14-17 100mg GP Clomid per day (first week 100mg then down to 50mg daily)
Weeks 14-18 1mg GP Anastrozole per day (one tab) Adex cut out of pct used only if gyno symptoms show during cycle at .25mg evey second day.

I will also have Hcg on hand.
my plan for the Hcg is only if i see side effects of ball shrinkage.

Week 14 4,500 iu HCG
Week 15 3,000 iu HCG
Week 16 1,500 iu HCG

Anyone have any info i could use that would be great besides saying
"you have alot to learn before you do it"
lol im just looking for some helpfull info cause its going to happen regardless id just like to be as prepared as posibal.

Based on your goals I would start to cut your bf(assuming you have your cutting diet down) and then when you are having a hard time losing more fat start your cycle. You will be much more productive in leaning up/keeping and getting more muscle.

as for pct I don't think you need to keep those doses so high. You can do nolva @40 for the first week, but then knock it down to 20 for the others. Same with clomid run it at 100 for the first week of pct then knock it down to 50 for the rest of pct.
 
cut the adex out of your pct and keep it on hand in case you start to get gyno. If you start to see sides start off at .25mg eod then bump it up to .5mg eod if you need to. Besides that it looks you have a pretty good cycle right there!

I'm 37 190 lbs 6' tall have been working out here and there for 5 yrs now, I've decided to do my 1st test cycle, have test enant 350 and masteron, question is should I run both together at 1cc each twice a week, 2nd where can I safely get Nolvadex, my contact can't seem to get it and I got burned by this website on line which if allowed I would like to post up so everybody knows and don't get burned like I did, so I'm not sure if I can name it here; will wait on respond. Thanks in advance

I'm by far an expert but IMO.

21 is too young. You will probably fuck up your natural production of test. Have you researched this? No way can you already be at your genetic limit.

20%bf is too high. You shouldn't be using gear to cut especially for your first cycle. Diet down to below 15%.

On top of that your diet looks crap. High protein, low carb, low fat what the?

What is your diet like now? What are the macros and calories?

Get your diet in check

your pct will start on week 15.. not 14..
cycle 1-12
pct 15-18 or 10-14 days past last pin.. which should fall on thursday..

But the advice still stands. To the OP you may want to do some more research on why doing gear is not a good idea at your age.

you know what man? you're statement is completely one sided and i wholeheartedly disagree with it.

If his growth plates have closed, which they probably have, then the danger he could do to his HPTA is no different than that which you could do to yours. Granted he is at a pivotal age for development, if he takes the correct precautionary measures, he could make tremendous gains assuming that he drops his body fat before the cycle.

oh and also, he will have a much easier time recovering than you would from the exact same cycle.

finally atleast sumone who isnt just bashing a post. This is pretty much why im starting a post so i can get all the info i need before i do anything.

think id be the first one? im looking for a safe efficent way to use gear without hurting myself.
I'm probly not at my genetic max but with my strength skill muscle mass ect.. whats access fat? somthing to work off.. the muscle and tendon strength is still there.
I'm one to take critasisim positively but for real? this is nothing but negative feed back. i will do my research about growth but anyone have anything else to add ? maybe about how to go safley about it if i decide to do it? thanks :D

everyones soooo ready to pump that shit into them selves x3 or x4 what im doing but hey sum1 else wants to give it a try at a beginner stage u have no helpfull info accept dont do it..

I dont really want to confuse you on the pct with what you have and all the different advice ppl give you but here is what i would do

w 1-14 250 iu hcg x2 per week (last 2 shots 1500 iu)

w 14-17 (4 days after last hcg shot) clomid atleast 25 mg ed

w 14-18 25mg aromasin ed

I never saw ppl stacking clomid with nolva, but i guess it wont hurt

Btw good looking first cycle...it will kick ass

For a first cycle 300 test for 10 weeks would work grate, but 500 isnt too much either. Just watch your blood pressure and see how your body reacts to the test

thanks for all your help. ill be starting in a couple weeks or so ill be making a thread to show gains start - finish. i will be doing it with a friend also and were 100% diffrent body types. it should be awsome to take before/after pics to compare.

some good advice im happy theres alot of knoledgeable people out there to help.
