I want to start my first test e cycle 10-12 weeks.
I am 18 years old been training for about a year solidly 6 days a week. 6'3 (190cm), 87kg.
Bodyfat 13-15%.
Week 1-week 10=500mg each week.
Not sure what i should use for PCT.
My diet consists of
8am-oats,protein shake, 2 eggs
11am-can of tuna and broccolli
1pm-brown rice and chicken breast
3pm-workout (striaght after workout protein shake)
5 pm-kangaroo steak and brussel sprouts
8pm- cottage cheese and sardines
Also through out the day i would eat almonds and other nuts.
I do not drink/smoke.
So please tell me guys what do you think?
