Test E only - First cycle - Let's get it on!

Keep it up bro and you will be happy. Just eat like hell and eat and eat until you feel like throwing up. This shit has me so hungry i wake up every night at like 2 in the morning and eat like crazy to where the wifey is like where were and im like i was eating lol she is like you FAT ASS
 
Oh ya I have definitely added some dirty to my diet. After the gym, I make it a point to get 3 whopper jrs. with cheese from bk.

I tried mcdonalds the other day and i almost threw up, none of that shit...

I still eat clean, but I definitely am enjoying getting all those calories quick and easy from the burgers and such.
 
Seems like the pain from inject one, jumped over to inject two. No more pain from first pin, but same pain in 2nd pin area. Disappointing.

Pinning quads Monday, cant wait to hit the gym...
 
Pin 3 done.

Pinned in right quad, no pain going in or injecting, but when I took the needle out, I tried to take it out quickly and as soon as I was done injecting.

I pulled so quick I accidentally jerked it to the side and it felt the tip of the needle rub against the inside of the skin before exiting completely, causing me to bleed slightly.

I had minor pain inside my leg for about 10 minutes after the pin, but all went away, and all is well now. I feel no pain in injection spot so far.

Since today is Monday, I got back to the gym and did legs, weighed myself after the workout, and I broke a personal record.

Weight today: 155.6 lbs. (pre-workout weight:156.2)

I have never weighed 155 lbs before! Feels good, real good.

Intensity in the gym is slightly lacking, and I think my diet has something to do with it; I've started eating fatty foods to get in some easy calories and I think it is slowing me down...
 
Some like to eat fatty foods and fast foods while cycling for the quick/easy calories, but it's not the way to go.

When I'm cycling to bulk, I still eat clean but pretty much double my portions. Not as easy as eating a lot of fatty fast food treats but the results are better, for me at least. This way the mass gained is leaner, and an added plus is that you feel better and have more energy.

Man, I can't wait to get my goodies.
 
Chest day today, worked it hard, intensity is back up and I owe all the credit to my order of Primordial Performance (MAP) coming in the mail today. I don't know what it is but that stuff makes me kill it in the gym.

Also got my Whey to build Muscle in the mail today as well, adding that to my diet.

I feel great, flew through my workout and started doing cardio after workout, rather than pre-workout.

Weighed in today after workout at 156 lbs even.

Not feeling the test yet, nor am I having any side effects; no excess sweating, acne, ect. But I did noticed my right eye twitches sometimes, never did before.

Supplements I am currently taking are:

Maximum Absorption Protein (MAP), Wheatgrass Superfood powder, Muscle Milk, Whey to Build Muscle, Centrum multi-vitamins, Taurine, Milk Thistle, Force Factor, Suma Root, Fish Oil.

Ya man, I only eat those 3 whoppers and then go back to healthy foods for the most part, I think since I'm such a hardgainer, I need to incorporate it in there regardless.

Just got a blender and let me tell you, it sure as hell makes breakfast a hell of a lot easier. Instead of spending all the time shoveling oatmeal down my throat, I just mix it all together and drink it in less than a minute, this is what I have been eating every morning.

1/2 Cups oats, 1 scoop Muscle Milk, 2 tbs Natty Peanut butter, 1 banana, 20 oz whole milk.

Tastes delicious too. I'm going to take someone's advice and throw in a couple egg whites in it as well, heard it doesn't effect flavor at all.
 
what is 50/50/50 and iu's? is that a messurment?

like Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) i heard X2 250iu's per week is a good dosage.

I am assuming you mean what is my 50/50/50 from my first post, that is my Clomid dosage, 50 milligrams every day, each week, each 50 represents one week.

I don't see where you see iu, can you clarify?
 
Weighed in today at 157.8!

Got some comments at work tonight as well, made me feel good.

A girl mentioned that I have a small waist but a bigger upper body, so I told her I was on a strict diet, and she asked me if I was training for something. She then gave me a comment,saying that I had a nice shape, like a T shape, saying that guys are supposed to look like that.

Then after that conversation, a guy asked me if I was training for a fight...

I've been checking them out every day and there's no shrinkage so far...

Same girl made another comment tonight, she asked me to turn around and I said "why so you can make fun of me for being so skinny?" She said, "no, I was just commenting to someone on how amazing your body is"

Huh.. First of all, the only thing that I did was not back down from a group of guys trying to intimidate me, I didn't try "pulling" anything... Second, size means SHIT in a fight.

Oscar De La Hoya was fighting at 140 lbs, bet he'd kick your ass all over, I don't care how big you are...

I'm sure your a real big guy, but just because you have muscles, doesn't make you a fighter, my friend.

Nearing the end of week 2 and I am sweating like a pig...

Thought maybe it was from the hot weather, but no, it's not just that, I'm sure of it now, I've never sweat this much before.

Other than that, no other sides...
 
size dosnt mean anything to somone who knows how to fight.. 90% of the ppl in the world can be as big as they want and still throw a punch like a 6 year old flailing and just "aiming" for your head.

This time was a little interesting, did right glute again, but when I pulled the pin out, blood just dripped out, I wiped it with my hand and it smeared a lot all over, but then stopped as fast as it started, did I lose oil?

Back at the gym today, weighed myself post workout at 157.4 lbs.

Felt good at the gym as well, did legs and killed it.

I have noticed my hands seem puffy or swollen a little, is this common? I've started noticing it about three days ago.

Still sweaty but it comes and goes, no acne and sex drive seems to be the same, but then again, I'm naturally a horny bastard, libido always been solid so I don't think I will notice a change when it starts kicking in more. Balls are not shrinking as far as I know it, and my nips feel fine. :jump:


Started getting Jr. Roast beefs from Arbys instead of Whopped Jrs. The roast beefs have 18 g protein each, 3 of those baby's and I got myself a solid meal for a few bucks.
 
Keep up the hard work man...we're about one week apart with the same cycle, and same starting weight almost.
