I have PSL Arimidex which is in 1MG tabs that have the easy half split line for 0.5.. but I'm trying to do 0.25 EOD should I just cut the tabs with a knife or is there another way you guys go about this?

Looking to go get bloods done as well so I can post results, is it okay to go to your local primary physician and ask for your levels to be tested?

Yes, cut the pill with a knife.

Get private blood tests if your are in the US.

Just attempted to cut PSLS arimidex with a knife and the other half of it flew across the room lol.. Is there anyway I could take 0.5mg but with longer time spans in-between taking them instead of 0.25 EOD?

Stick with .25. It's not brain surgery, it's pill surgery and it ain't that hard.

Pill splitters are cheap and most pharmacies carry them. Eliminates the whole flying pills issue.
