Test e, Tren e Log 2011!

LOL you guys are funny! and herm not bad.. how much you weight? im 5'10 205 so im a short stocky lil guy :p hahaha

and buddy, im throwing in about 3000 cal's a day.. its nothing basic.. just main meals is protein (chicken,steak,beef) with always a carb (white rice, whole wheat pasta, patatoes) I was talking to a buddy of mine, and Im starting to look abit fatter hahah, I think im going to tone out soon! my stomach is ROCK hard, but bigger :( lol..

and today.. went good, did not get as much water as I would of liked, but the day went good.. my multi-v's gave me a bloody taste all day which was displeasing. but I feel amazing. going to inject other tricep tonight with test then hit the gym!

and lil update: Just did test injection in tricep felt good! Might have a bit of problem with bloods since im a idiot and didnt pick my vial of my supplier I had to use my 3 old vials and I got about 3/4 of a CC when I ussually do 1 ML (1 cc) of test, so Im not sure if thats good, but friday ill have my vial, and maybe some anadrol :D hahah!

Workout went really well acually, Im on my level today.. got alot on my mind too, and I was hitting the weights good! Was taking alot of heavy breath's during sets from being so pooched! the tren has done that to me, but Im getting pretty vascular too!! just finished protein shake! and im going to relax then have rice and chicken in about a hour! then something else, then protein shake.. then bed!

then repeat! haha.. boring life but so worth it! bodybuilders.. I give it up to you for doing this for a lifestyle! shows determination
 
Good job man. I sometimes have an increased appetite on tren and sometimes hard to eat two meals but it's potent shit. You likely were feeling the tren 2-3 weeks in, it's elevating blood levels 48-72 hours after inject so it's working the first week but it just takes time to build high levels. Tren is strong though and you probably started feeling some benefits early but it's better as it goes. Like you mentioned, you will get stronger each week.

Your biggest problem is over training right from the start and trust me it will slow your progression. You need plenty of time to recover, you already feel like a beast in the gym and will have days you don't want to leave but there is no need for bi's twice a week.

If you are hitting the big three, you really don't have to do direct bi/tri work. I went a long time without an arm day because you take care of them during those lifts. I added them back in but just a couple exercises each group and it's good to hit them but doing back and bi's Monday, then bi's Friday, they are not fully recovered because they will get some work with other days.

Rest, food, and sleep is where you make your gains. In the gym you are damaging the muscle tissue, at home is where you repair and grow. Don't cut yourself short by overtraining because you really won't grow if you don't rest enough.

You may have to bump cals to 3500-4500 late in the cycle and post cycle therapy (pct). Tren is great but I don't make big gains on it, well I hit my highest weight in a cycle with teen but 8 weeks of ace usually gives me a few pounds but tighter and less BF so even though the scale only goes up 3-7 pounds it's probably closer to 10-12 with the recomp.

Keep up the good work, one thing you have is excitement for the lifestyle. I'm 34 and remember my first few cycles, I didn't want to leave the gym, lol. I was always trying to fit one more thing in, but the older guys would always tell me "you don't need to do anything else". If only I had listened. That's when I ended up with a herniated disc, shoulder issues, problems with elbow, buddy tore pec, another a bicep. Go hard but know when it's too much. Take more time to rest.
 
user! thanks for the awesome post man, I agree with what you say, I literally have been eating and sleeping all day, since 6pm last night haha! id wake up grab a protein shake this morning and went back to bed, and I really gotta work on my training routine abit better but agree about the big 3 ! thanks :)

hurt my man! yah were about the same :) its my second cycle, first was test e 500mgs 10 weeks with dbol to kickstart!
 
Today! Anyways.. had a amazing sleep after the gym last night from like 6pm woke up at 8 ate pasta and chicken, slept till midnight then ate some oats, then woke up at 6 and had a protein shake! so pretty good sleep to grow if you ask me, im beat from the gym! got shoulders tonight!
