LOL you guys are funny! and herm not bad.. how much you weight? im 5'10 205 so im a short stocky lil guy hahaha
and buddy, im throwing in about 3000 cal's a day.. its nothing basic.. just main meals is protein (chicken,steak,beef) with always a carb (white rice, whole wheat pasta, patatoes) I was talking to a buddy of mine, and Im starting to look abit fatter hahah, I think im going to tone out soon! my stomach is ROCK hard, but bigger lol..
and today.. went good, did not get as much water as I would of liked, but the day went good.. my multi-v's gave me a bloody taste all day which was displeasing. but I feel amazing. going to inject other tricep tonight with test then hit the gym!
