Test Enanthate / Clen cycle...dosing help?

I have 20 mL of 300mg/mL Test E and 100 Clen pills @ 40mcg each.

I've run a number of mild cycles over the past 8 years. My goal for this upcoming cycle is to trim winter fat and add some quality muscle. I've gotten myself on a more strict cardio and diet plan and my lifting patterns are always solid.

I was thinking 200mg twice weekly of the Test E? Any comments?

I have Aromasin, Nolva, and Clomid on hand. Trying to find Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) but its easier said than done here.

As for the clen, can someone recommend a dosage?

I'm 26, 200 pounds at 5'8. Guessing my bodyfat is 15-20%. I have been training consistently for 11 years.

I started experimenting with steroids at 18...used test/winny. At 21 I did a Sustanon/winny cycle. 22-23 I used test. About 8 months ago I did a short test/winny cycle.

I'm pretty muscular naturally. While I'll take all the growth I can get, my goal is to harden/lose fat.
 
why are u running clen right now??

actually if ur bf percentable is closer to 20% i'd say get your diet checked...

you could run the cycle test only.. 500mg weekly 250mg mon and thurs... run ur pct and then use the clen...

by that time we can check ur diet.. have it all worked out.. and use the clen to get over a stall.. much better choice imo..
 
Hmmm I like that idea. I'm reading through your diet thread btw...great stuff. I think I may try your keto suggestions. My diet is admittedly not "perfect" but I do work at home and have the ability to control what is in my fridge...I shop only at Whole Foods/Trader Joes and eat nothing but organic meals and as you know I'm sure they're on a big "whole grains" kick so all the rices I eat are brown/whole grain and the meats are lean. I snack with veggies and hummus. I am eating at least 1g/lb of protein daily and being "off" cycle I think that is sufficient.

So you wouldn't recommend running the test and clen together? I guess it makes sense...I just think I've heard in the past whenever you run Clen you should run test with it to avoid muscle loss?

clen has anti-catabolic characteristics.. i'd run it post pct... lean out for summer nice..

if u have time.. post up a detailed diet..
 
Sounds like a good idea. I'll start the test ASAP and run the clen after PCT.

Reading your threads you have both whole foods and trader joes near you, so you probably understand when I say I eat a lot of trader joes' and whole foods' prepared meals....each meal is usually 300-500 calories and contains about 50g carbs and 30-50g protein. I eat a lot of veggies and occasionally will supplement with one of their protein bars. Unfortunately my diet isn't really detailed...once I start the test though I was planning to add an extra ~100g protein to the diet as well as begin using casein. I have always had a wrestler's build....muscular but not ripped. Do you think Keto would work well with the Test E? May have to give it a shot!
 
im not a big fan of keto.. it has it's place.. but not for cycle imo...

if i were u, id figure out my bmr/tdee.. i give u the formula.. then start keeping logs of the foods i eat in detail.. then u can post up what u'v had and we can tweak it..

im 6'4 275lbs... this is how i did it... u gotta count everything
 
dieting is a guessing game enough.. if u dont keep measurments.. ur shooting at a crowd blind..
 
At your weigt after all those years doing AAS, i think getting your diet in check is key as well. I don't know where you started, but 20% BF at 200lbs is not that great for the cycles you've done. I would get my diet in check before i even fucked with anymore juice, but that's just me. No sense taking a chance of getting fatter. That's a waste of AAS in my opinion.
