Testosterone and Women

Hello All,

Newbie to the forum and just wanted some info really.

Been training now for over a year and not that I have ever wanted to gain any real size or Muscle, but my training has become additive and I want to see good results.

STATS: 5'8 - 163lbs - 28 yrs old (everyone says I do not look like I am 11st 9 - as my build is still quite slim but toned)

Other than proteins, pre work out and legit testo boosters, never really dabbled in a lot, but recently went through one cycle of Ana Anavar (var) (not sure how good it was or whether it was legit) but 108 pills (B.D no logo) @ 10mg per pill, bumped up to 6 per day and nothing.

Now got myself some D-BOL x 5mg and currently on 15mg per day, have been using for the last 3 weeks.

Its hard to say whether or not I see results as I find I train myself quite hard and push hard, even without any added aid.

I am looking at using the test prop, and wanted to know what would be good to stack with this? I have done some reading and it seems ok to use for women at 50-100mg per week. Also wanted to know is the only safe test females can use or are there other blends?

As I can also get my hands on some DECA and nearly ordered the T400 / Test 400 but upon looking on the dosage and info seems far too high so gave it a miss.

From what I've read other women have kept the PROP at 50 ml, keep in mind the risk harsher androgenic sides.
I don't have any personal experience with these compounds, but I can tell u if u took 10 mg of Anavar (var) & bumped up to 6 ED, that is a really high dose for a women, most do well with 10 mg as it's a pretty safe dose.

Do more research, & remember your a female, you are really risking harsh sides here, make an informed decision & play it safe, it's better to add if your body is adjusting well, than to stop when the damage is done.

I know a woman on test Winnie and var. she is 14 stone and ripped its impressive but she looks like a bloke! Dbol really? You may grow a penis :) why would you want to
Take dbol? You'll get massive, prob grow chest hair, your voice will break, you'll have spots, your clit will prob look like a penis. Dbol is for men u don't hear of many women doing it. Depends on wot u want to achieve really ay? Bit of test won't hurt though... But like the others, I have no experience, it's just what I've seen.
 
Also upon bulking I find that a lot of fat can go straight to my tummy and chest, which I hate, however I do not want to cut yet as I do not want to lose what I have achieved in gains so far.

Mcjay, that's a bit of an archaic way of looking at bodybuilding. A proper cut wont cause loss of gains, or extremely slight if any. The trick is to diet slowly over time. That's why you hear of bodybuilders starting their competition dieting 16 weeks out.

Proper dieting isn't a sprint, it's a marathon. You need to SLOWLY work on a calorie deficit while pushing yourself hard to maintain LBM. If done right, you should lose only fat.

Also, if you're gaining lots of fat on your stomach during a bulk, you are probably bulking a lot dirtier than you should. Start counting your calories and you'll see what I mean. You should only gain visible fat if you're really overdoing it.

Try My Fitness Pal if you have an iphone, their app is pretty good.

Just don't hear of many women doing dbol or wanting to. :)
I'm doing a cutting diet... Carbs are high one week and reduce to week 4 then back round again. I tend eat 6 egg whites for breakfat and dry oats, snack would be turkey steak with sweet potato, then a large tuna salad, protein shake, chicken and baked potato...

Then cutting cstarcy carbs at week two on later meals... I would check your diet out. How many cals are you eating currently?

I don't know what your calorie needs are, but I think your food choices need switching out to give your body more the desired effect. How have you calculated your calories? Is that taking into account your TDEE and BMR? I'm getting that you are trying to gain bulk and then cutting. I think you can do that naturally, especially if you've only been training around a year. But I will be interested to know how that dbol works out for you.

Your going to end up Talking like Wolfman Jack and have your own little Boy toy to play with if you don't watch what your doing!

If remaining femine looking is important to you I would drop the D-bol and forget about testosterone. Even low dosages of these change a womans face and other body parts. Even on some of the boards where the girls do take these and say it doesn;t change them all one has to do is see their pic and they are masculine. The jaw changes quick and won't change back!

Some women want to look masculine and I respect that, the road you are on currently will lead you to that out come.
