Test boosters are shit. All they do is provide many side effects without giving much benefit.

At 24 years old your natural testosterone does amazing things using proper diet. Remember there are many building and repairing hormones other then testosterone to grow bigger stronger muscles, especially at your age.

Not that I would want to be 24 again, but having those levels and lack of physical things that occur with age would be nice

All your paying for are a placebo with the same side effects if not worse than steroids. I took a so called "natural" test booster and got gyno, limp dick, and low sex drive for months and had to take letro. It's not worth it. Not to mention you don't know wtf is in these bullshit supplements. They could have arsenic and mercury in them. Not worth the risk at all.

sounds like the test booster you used actually worked if those are the sides that you experienced. sounds like taking an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) while taking that test booster(probably pro hormone) would have helped with those sides you had. increased test = increased aromatization = all the sides you experienced

I have low test normally. now im not taking the brand name ZMA

But i was taking a large amount of Zinc and Magnesium Tablets, about 4-6 of each a day. my test levels doubled which i was quite please about. but this is coming from someone who had a reading of 258

nice, ZMA brand has the b6 or b12 cant remember but its not needed. basically did you double the dosage? how long did you use it?
