Ok... This is important. The Regular E2 Assay is typically 10-15 points higher than what the Sensitive E2 Assay would have put you at. The regular assay just doesn't do as good a job of measuring the lower E2 levels that men have in comparison to women. So this means that your E2 is likely truly between 21-26 which is perfect. Don't start supplementing shit to lower your E2 further. When E2 goes below 20 it starts to become a nasty problem.
If you really want to know for sure when you are at, you have to get the sensitive assay for E2 performed.
Hmm. Well that is a good thing then if my e2 is actually at 21-26.... but it leaves me even more perplexed as to why I am not getting morning wood now! :S Any ideas?
Again, I just can't see myself sleeping through it every night. Not for 3 years straight. Without even having it when I wake up directly from a dream. Wake up to an alarm any time between 6-8 AM for work? Nothing. Wake up any time from 9AM - noon naturally on weekends? Nothing. Wake up in the night to go pee at any random hour? Nothing.
At SOME point I'm sure I'd have noticed in the night and/or woken up with one if I had nocturnal erections. I don't need them every day to have my mind at ease. Even once in the odd while would be enough to ease my mind. 1 or 2 a month and I'd just chalk it up to likely sleeping through etc. But not even once for years on end? I just can't see it.
DIM is all natural and over the counter so I may still take it and see what happens purely because I am curious and cannot see it doing anything damaging given the aforementioned (plus I could always discontinue if I notice adverse effects). I am aware of the effects of e2 going too low and they sound pretty nasty. In many instances they seem to closely mirror the effects of e2 being too high.
