I have read book son weigth lifting. SOme suggest using Cocaine, Ephedra and other things like excedrine to get an extra caffeine boost. What i am wondering is, what is some thing good and healthy that i can take to get "hyper" or " more motivated" while working out. Something that ups my adrenaline like caffeine or something? How much of wat should I use. Nothing costly or illegal please.
 
Most of those supplements decrease insulin sensitivity...
You can use 10-20 mg of ephederine if you want...
 
Ephedrine? I don't want to burst anyones bubble, but is that the shit that kills you? I have a history of heart related problems in my family, but they all smoke and I don't, my dad was 39 and had a heartattack, so i worry about stuff that damages heart.
 
Serious, in this work out book(im not suggesting it) but cocaine lowers your hunger and if you have done it, makes you motivated. LOL
 
Cocaine...moron. It ain't hard math.

Perhaps T-Mag could sign you as a writer, I remember a quote from them onetime that said "Cocaine would be great to cut, but I haven't seen a good dosing scheme that prevents addiction"

Don't even suggest this crap here.
 
Hey elijah, why do you act tough here, I'm just saying what I saw in a book, I want to take something to give me a boost, you don't have to belittle me be calling me a moron on the computer? WHy? I'm asking for advice, not for someone to call me a moron?
 
dude. cocain is a controlled substance. a shitty one at that. please dont do it. especially prior to your work out.
 
Oh I'm not saying that I use it, I was wondering what other people use to get a boost like ephedrine or caffeine?

Stimulants like ephedrine, caffeine, etc. increase heart rate & blood pressure, if you're worried about heart related problems you shouldn't use them...

I agree. The risks of ephedrine are overblown, but it isn't without any risk.

I use it regularly, but I don't have a family history of heart disease and my BP is in check.
 
ok, you knwo how the news blows things out of proportion. They banned it here in IL,USA. I noticed some people are from all over the world here. So, besides ephedra, what is good to use? (I WILL NEVER USE COCAINE!!!!I PROMISE!!! I THOUGHT IT WAS WEIRD THAT SOME PEOPLE DID!!!)
 
Cocaine bashing is expected...so lets address the issue instead of bashing the obvious(coke wuld prolly make one too paranoid to walk in a gym anyway)
A supplement called "Up ur Gas" works and"Ultimate Orange"
Now that was simple , noones an idiot , info was asked for and info received....now we can all be happy.
There are other supps but these i find very effective...hope it helps.

Try yohimbe (you can get it at any supplement store)....always gets me pumped.

Or...perhaps some meth amphetamine (available at finer drug dealers everywhere). I'M KIDDING!!:D :D
 
yohimbine sometimes makes me a little lethargic. both sides of my family including both of my parents have a history of heart conditions... yet, i have been using ephedrine for about 7 yrs now (on and off of course). my bp and cardiac health are perfectly fine. it's people who stay on the stuff for prolonged periods who get problems... if you just take one serving of eca right before you lift you should be fine... especially if you just use it for lifting. i remember the first article i read talking of the dangers of ephedra back in '97... some kid took 18 ripped fuel capsules and had a heart attack. if you take 18 tylenol you're gonna get some major health consequences. if you use ephedrine responsibly, you should be fine... but that's just my opinion.
 
LOL bro its simple... you might be able to get a tiny little kick from cocaine and then die a horrible death a few years later but this is my conclusion... simply creatine is amazing for that extra edge in strenght before working out... add a carbs drink for an extra kick but if your looking for something a little more powerful try throwing in some vanadyl sulfate(better supplements have shuttling agents... this could double the effect in some cases)... Now if you really want something powerful take 2 grams of Explosive creatine and 3 grams of cell-tech alongside with upto 45 mgs of vanadyl sulfate(only one ive used so far is from LA Muscle, doesnt work for everyone but it worked very well for me)... The big boyz at the gym use this to shock the body and keep a good amount of muscle after they come off a cycle... it works wonders!
 
It is a little expensive, and everyone please don't bash me, but that thermorexin from the anabolicfitness store is great, it is ephedrine free, and keeps you very focused. I am using Sans ephedrine free fat burner, at Yellowjackets recommendation, and i cannot say anthing about its fat burning but it doesn't give me the same feeling in the gym as thermorexin did.
