I have read book son weigth lifting. SOme suggest using Cocaine, Ephedra and other things like excedrine to get an extra caffeine boost. What i am wondering is, what is some thing good and healthy that i can take to get "hyper" or " more motivated" while working out. Something that ups my adrenaline like caffeine or something? How much of wat should I use. Nothing costly or illegal please.
