The anticipation builds: Cycle countdown 5 days

He also mentioned protein was set to 1.25 x lbm which equals 210g so working backwards his BW would be around ~170lbs give or take.

Exactly, lbm that is, not total weight.

As for bf% I had cut down to just above 4% for a photo shoot, now I'm just maintaining around 7% (Averaging Parrillo and JP7). I've been increasing my carbs at 25grams per week coming off the cut, want some carb sensitivity, but not too much.

As for height I am 5ft 9in

Forgive me if I am over-looking something, but where do you see an estradiol problem?

Parker.

HCG causes intra-testicular E2 production, especially when used in high doses. Most AI's are ineffective at dealing with intra-testicular E2. I believe Austin mentioned somewhere that letro is much better at handling this than aromasin or adex.

that sums it up.

Impressive and detailed cycle NP... looking forward to the log and pics...
Hopefully a few newbies and first timers will take note of how precise your pre-cycle prep is... and the fact that you appear to have covered ALL the bases... Planning these cycles and having ALL the compounds at hand before commencing is key!
Can I ask if your CV is expected to be regular throughout cycle too?

that sums it up.

Alright, I had seen this mentioned, but from what I have read it varies greatly from person to person. However, that is no excuse for lack of precaution. I will see to it that I have some letro on hand shortly for use during the hCG blast as part of the post cycle therapy (pct). I will use my adex as planned, and re-assess the situation after some bloodwork to see if I should change to letro during cycle.

As for macros, I am planning on upping my intake to 4000 calories a day. 40/35/25 carbs/protein/fat yielding: 400/350/111

Thanks for all the advice, it's very much appreciated!

Parker.
