As simple as this! 4 sets of 30 reps on the leg press but of course we are doing calfs you know what to do, for 10 reps, point toes inwards on a 45 degree angle, then 10 normal straight foot position and then 10 reps with toes pointing outwards! Don't forget to hold the squeeze at the top for a second on each!
