sounds like a legit product i wanna run it with my mestanolone/superdrol cycle.. but im starting to here superdrol is pretty much the sam thing as mestanalone?? what do you think mich?

Taking a day off for the first time since I started hittin the gym in nov of 2010.

I can finally walk normally without pain but want to give it till thursday to heal up before I do any leg exe.

Effects

a slight increase in acne,a slight case of dry joints and had a nice fit of aggression after hitting my first set of squats felt amped and ready to kill some shit.next week should be very interesting I believe.

I've dialed it down to around 5k.the mrs noticed my belly and was like :wtf:

yea even 5000 seems like a lot for running forma alone? Im 252 lbs after 9 days on Beast and 4 days on forma (previously 236) fuckin crazy i know. But my diet has been clean with the exception of the occasional cheat meal every 3rd day or so. and ive been going at about 4000-6000 cals everyday that i can ( my hunger was nonexistent until day 3 of Forma). Might wanna drop the cals to keep the fat down for a guy ur weight. Ur routine is good tho

I came into the gym and did 225lbs for 2 very good sets of 10 nice and deep atg.a guy who is at least 220lbs had just done a few shitty rom sets of 225.I saw him watch me do my sets and he looked heart broken as I did these.def a great feeling knowing others are just shaking their head like how the fuck is this little guy doing this.
 
Fucking losers haha they havent yet begun to understand the beauty of science so they just stare and ponder. Guys at my gym just waste time, stare, and take up space. They all think they r the shit too. Gotta love the feeling of progress tho!

yea it was def a great feeling.I started doing atg with 135lbs and slowly worked my way up since nov so I'm pretty happy with the results so far.The added aggression from the forma doesn't hurt either though ;)
