Personnally, i think 75% of all those prohormones and things of that nature are total bullshit...Things like AD-1, No2, Ripped fuel...ect..I think that the user thinks there helping so inturn he gets more output....anyone share this train of thought with me.....Personnally, i think your protien and creatine are all good.

If you thikn NO2 and Ripped fuel are PHs, then you better become educated on them atter before posting.

well you see thats the whole thing about the placebo effect...a person who is taking a supplement and thinking that it is working, is likely to experience greater effects than someone who is taking that same supplement with lower expectations.
