the stack: sustanon+deca

im planning on starting the following cycle in two weeks:
1-8 sustanon 500mg/wk
1-8 deca-durabolin 200mg/wk
PCT 3 wks after w/ nolvadex

stats:
6'2"
163 pouds
6% bf

goal: to get some 11kg

i have a question tho:
-will i need to take nolva/clomid during the cycle?
(ie too avoid water retention)

You not running the deca long enough or at high enough dose to see any decent gains. Most guys use that dose for a joint lube. I think deca should be run for a minimum of 12. Nolva/clomid wont do much if anything for water retention. adex femera or letro is what you will need, imo with the doses your running water retention will be minimal.

I saw in another thread you are only 20 yrs old......... and with your height and weight, I honestly think you should concentrate on your diet and training, you should be able to easily put on a good 30 lbs without gear.

At your age, with so much natural testosterone and growth hormone floating around your body, if you can't make good gains naturally, there is something wrong with either your diet and/or training.

You should also educate yourself about steroids quite a bit more before jumping into this cycle.

yo dude, im on a cycle now of M1T, sus, deca. 10 weeks total. M1t @ 20mg day, sus @ 500 week and deca @ 600 Week. gained 16lbs so far, just started my 3rd week

You should venture over to the Supplement forum and read all the horror stories about M1T and gyno. I wouldn't touch that shit with a 10' pole.

I agree with Stonecold's advice. It would be best to hold off on the steroids for now.

When you are ready to cycle, you may or may not need to take nolvadex or something else during the cycle to deal with estrogen. You can't know until you start an aromatizing drug like test or dbol and see what happens.

One thing is for sure - you MUST have nolvadex (or arimidex or aromasin or something) on hand BEFORE you start the cycle. If you don't, you might end up with boobies before you can get something to deal with the estrogen.
