the taco cycle test e/eq

I just took my first injection today 250mg's test e and 250 mg's eq. will take a second shot on wed./thurs. this will be consistent through 12 weeks.
my work outs look like this
mon-chest
tues-legs
wed-shoulders
thurs-back
fri/sat-bis and tris

3 days of cardio a week, 30 minutes elliptical or bike
decent diet:

wake up and have a protein shake and oatmeal
10am yogurt or can of tuna
12-meat and veggies
3pm-yogurt or can tuna, salad
7pm(post workout)another meal like lunch
a lil later around 10 or 11 i have another shake...sometimes i will have the shake right after work out, for no particular reason other than convenience
 
stats

3rd cycle-two previous were sustenon only and winstrol only

im 24
5'10.5
200lbs.
dont know forsure, guessin around 15% bf, maybe a lilttle lower

my goals of course are lean mass gains but i expect some bloating

thanks and i will update every couple days at least after every shot.
 
second day

well my glute hurt around 5am, roughly 12 hours after inject but pain/tightness has gone down through the day. did legs and 30 minutes cardio. i havent eaten right seein as how i woke up at 11:30am. I'm only on my third meal and its 7pm....i'll catch up though low carb and hi protein tonight
 
i think you miss some carb in your diet even if your goal is lean mass

i didnt understand yogurt or tuna - they have nothing similar - tuna 25g of ptn /0g fat and yogurt probably 8g ptn and some carbs. you should take both together

about your workout, as you know, when you're running gears your body gets a fast recovery, so you dont need to work one muscle just once a week, IMO. you could work each part twice a week stacking 2 parts per day..

I am changin up my training this next week. I am already too use to my current trainin and need to do more.

tuna/yogurt question...its a matter of convenience...sometimes i eat half a porkl chop, whatever is available considering i am at work at those times.

I took my second shot on Thurs. went just fine. again a lil soreness but no big deal, i might try my quad next week. Also, although its just water weight, i got on the scale at 204lbs. yesterday.

worked out chest, tris and 30 minutes cardio....

also, started week 2 of cycle...cant wait for this stuff to start workin

surprisingly....had plenty of energy the whole work out

weighed myself...203 mid work out

It may be the test and Eq kicking in. Just because we don't notice the gains in muscle size and strength right away doesn't mean that we don't have major levels of anabolics circulating in our systems right from the start of the cycle.

Worked out back/bis yesterday...Legs/shoulders today..

So far this is what my weekly workout will look like
chest/tris and cardio
back/bis
shoulders/legs cardio
chest/tris
back/bis cardio

in that order...but dont know about when my 2 days a week break will be....might be in the gym a 6th time a week just to do cardio and abs...i havent started workin out abs yet
 
5/22

I was unable to work out this weekend but have kept up the injections on time and got back in the groove of things today

chest/tris....15 minutes of cardio. Took 5th inject today starting week #3

Diet sucked this weekend, back on track today.


Weight on fri. was 205. Weight today was 206.
 
bad inject

wow...bad inject tonight muchos on the blood

i dunno what i did but as soon as i pulled out i had a thick stream of blood runnin all the way down to my calf from my glute....

there was a burning sensation to go along with the stick, does that mean anything?

otherwise its been a trouble free cycle so far....happy to have 10lbs more on me, definite vascular difference, more muscle(hope more to come) and i've gone down a belt size(dieting)....good stuff im takin off memorial day weekend(vacation away from a gym but i'll try to keep up cardio, do some pushups and situps) so basically i'll be out of the gym for 4 days straight

i honestly think my body needs a rest possible overtrainin and i'll hit it hard again startin tues. i'll keep yall posted on my progress
 
update

its been a while since my last response. I've been kinda out of everything, had some stuff come up...But i've kept up with injects, i missed a few workouts but still got in the gym twice a week the past two weeks...diet is slacked off...

im back on track, i wish things hadnt happened but they did...i had at max the thurs after memorial day weekend was up to 211. I'm at 208 so I need to just eat rigth and focus for the rest of my cycle.

Did chest and tris today...and i got a good burn out of it...strength is still through the roof
