I'm going to try it out in a few months, as it provides an analog (artificial, but similar) LH signal to the LH receptors in the body. As the human body relies on this LH signal to trigger other hormone releases such as DHEA and pregnenolone, it may be beneficial to add this to your protocol. I'm going to ask my doctor AGAIN first, and if he still refuses (he's stuck on it being a diet fad even though I've presented him proper data) I will likely seek elsewhere. I have been supplementing with micronized forms of the two aforementioned hormones, but would like to see if HCG does a better job.
I've been reading how an LH signal may help with stress related issues such as adrenal fatigue as well. This is something I have a great deal of interest in as I had sleep apnea for some time, which really messed with my cortisol levels. Definitely hoping this is the magic bullet that fixes a few nagging issues.
