Things every bodybuilder should have

Ok guys in no particular order here's what we have thus far:

Gym Membership
A real diet, from a nutritionist (preferably 3J)
A serious attitude about working out/commitment, and serious workout partners
A supportive partner (spouse, significant other, buddy)
A freezer full of beef
A good playlist/good workout music
Ibuprofen
A hot girlfriend
3 good sources (at least)
A solid 8 hrs of sleep or more
Testosterone/AAS
Lifting straps
A solid routine
A good pan to cook with
Money (and a sexy face and a huge cock)

ibuprofen hinders gains.. get that crap off the list

Don't shoot the messenger! Haha. I was kind of thinking that too...

If there aren't any objections I'm removing Ibuprofen and the current list is:

A Log book, I don't know about you but I can never remember what I was lifting last week

Id say your own ranch to raise beef and chickens hell even turkeys but for real we need transportation

Grass fed beef, free range chickens as well as eggs?

I got ripped off pretty hard buying a free range turkey yesterday. 25lb free range all natural fresh turkey set me back $75.

My 2 cents on free range. Do your research on the brand you buy. If free range and or organic is what you want then you need to understand how that product is raise. For example that turkey you bought could have been raised in a conventional turkey house with a small outdoor enclosure that allows the birds to go outside as they want. Most birds will choose however to spend most of their time inside. Food lableing laws are diverse and somtimes lables can be misleading.
Has anyone bought any hormone free pork lately. News flash, pigs are never given hormones in their diets but some companys will lable the product hormone free. Its all hormone free.
I live in NC and raise hogs for a living.
( who would guess that) Free range has its place but understand what your buying to avoid getting ripped off.

That's a good one - me too, I write everything down.

How about creatine guys?! Come on I can think of lots more....

amino acids if your going creatine route, lots of fuckin H20, multi vitamins

I THOUGHT WE WERE GOING THE MAIN ROUTE NOT THE BASICS

Anything goes so long as it's something you think every bodybuilder should have!

If AAS applies, then creatine, bcaa's, etc. definitely does!
