Thinking about adding IGF-1 LR3 to my PCT...

So from what ive researched it would be:

- 1mg IGF-1 LR3 with 2ml of AA and 8ml of bac water = 100mcg/ml.
- plan on taking 20mcg post workout and mornings on non workout days.
- 29g slin pin Sub q injections.
- Run for 50 days

also my post cycle therapy (pct) will be Clomid 100/100/50/50 with Aromasin 12.5 ed.

am i missing anything? is there anything i should add to this?
 
Brilliant. It's one of the best things you could do. I used it after being on for a few years and only lost 10 pounds and put back on 5 in the next month. You'll be happy with how it works for you.

I missed sumpin..why are you adding this ?

well my primary reason is to try and keep all my gains.... is this not a good idea?....

i forgot where i read it but someone was using IGF1 for their post cycle therapy (pct) so that got me thinking and started doing research on it. from what ive read it should help me keep all my gains and even add some. minimal sides and no post cycle therapy (pct). i have yet to read anything negative about IGF1.....
 
Don't add the bac water to the off vial. You only add the 2ml AA. That gives you 10mcg per tic on slin pin. If you want, you add the bac water to the pin after you draw it from the vial.

40mcg pre workout is better. All the write ups saying post wo are old. Post workout the body naturally produces mgf (mechano growth factor) which is blunted by igf.

I definitely like lr3 during pct.

Oh thanks for the info User. So is there any benefit to add bac water to the pin?
 
I dont but some like it to reduces the slight sting from the AA. If doing sub q you won't feel it too much. IM shots can sting a bit more
 
for those of u that have tried the IGF with post cycle therapy (pct), has it really made a noticeable difference with the gains u've kept? do you end up keeping like 99% of the muscle gains then or what?
