Agreed and thanx Tank! I too have wondered if targeting a specific E2 number regardless of AAS level is in fact not optimal and this 'ratio' idea a better plan. I.e.: higher AAS, higher E2.

I've never had any other issues with high estrogen. I always BW test sensitive. I've been high teens. I've been over 40. Never any gyno symptoms at all.

Maybe reading all these forums has me paranoid about gyno and I should let my E2 settle higher? Might just try that!
 
Still house-fixing but did get some exercise in:

Friday worked the post hole digger (manual kind) for 10 post holes.... 9 of them in rocks:-( then set the set treated 8' 4x4s, hucking 60# sacks of concrete

Saturday was packing 180 wet cedar planks and swinging the framing nail gun all afternoon

Today was an easier morning of scrubbing out the fridge. Afternoon I joined the landscape crew, shoveling 5/8 minus gravel and bark dust. Wheel barrow after wheel barrow. Man was the sweat pouring today! Cals 3400, carbs 36, fat 37, protein 27 (200 grams)

Why would you do any cardio before your workout ?

You need all the energy you have to train. And if need Cardio for fat tissue it is better when done after workout
 
Not that intense. I've for years done just a few minutes on elliptical to get the knees, hip joints n elbows Lubed up and the blood pumping. I don't like to lift 'cold'

She cried. She called. She shuddered and gushed. AND... I win! Lol!

Cable curls: 27.5x12, 47.5x12 - inside elbow tendon attach point has been bugging me for a while and this exercise made it really burn! Ouch

Fingers crossed I am done with west side house! At new house now settling in. Some furniture to move here and unpacking of course but the end is in site.

3 rounds of wifee cardio. Epic would be a good word :) but no finish for me. No complaints, just a note.

Making some adjustments. Increasing test, dropped the deca. Get back to a regular gym schedule! Received my Elite LGD a week back so I'll start that up after the weekend and jump over to a fresh thread to do a review. :)

Just returned from blowout celebration weekend with wifee! Too much good food, too much gambling, maybe a little too much alcohol..... and played with our new GoPro for some extra epic wifee cardio

A while back I mentioned getting some crap test-u due to its lack of effect on me and it's lack of effect on wifee too. She wanted to try a lil low dose and we didn't know exactly what to expect and she got nothing.

So... the reason I exhume this is she got her 1st 25mg kicker a few days before this trip. Well, on the drive over she stretches her legs and gets an unexpected tingle down there. She didn't tell me because she didn't know what was happening! During our trip she was hot, hot! By the drive home she was on the edge for the whole 6 hours! As I'm aiming for every bump and rumble strip on the road lol!

Half hour from home, Eric church plays 'Bruce Springsteen' and thar she blows! Completely soaked! Tough to watch the road with all that passenger activity! Lol!!!

We will be lowering her dose ;-)

Everything has a starting point in life, and lifting and bodybuilding are ground floor. There***8217;s just no way you can start in the middle or at the top. Lifting is a gradual thing. I***8217;ve seen so many people come into the gym and try to lift heavy right off the start only to tear a muscle and then be set back a few months.
