Strong again. Was able to do standing db curls 55x5 which is max so far. These are really hit n miss for me. Some days are like today. Others I'm on the preacher by the 4th set. Go figure.

Got my blood donation done today. it was a close one. Got kicked last week for temp too high. A week later my temp was barely low enough! Gotta be the tren!!!

I lost track of the guy freaking out cuz he could not donate but I never read why. This particular issue is a real deal for me anyway. I'd have been really worried if I got kicked again

Yeah..... Discussed this option with the Wifee. She said, "oh hell no!"

That would be the only option tho. I'm NOT quitting this journey for just one stumbling block.

I started training my workout partner by showing her how to pin me, but she shook so much I thought I was getting a tattoo! Lol!

Mostly just noting for all that one of the tren sides may be constant elevated temp.
 
:) this week has been a blur! Between the donation, lack of sleep, election watching, getting everything ready for Wifee knee surgery next week n short folks at work, I even lost a day and missed my Wednesday injection by a day ::-O

Lol! I got a day in Sunday but none since. I'll be at it again tonite I promise! Appetite has been down this week so I'm taking advantage of that by running lower cals this week.

As this train rolls along, I'm less and less pleased. Attitude is good but the impact on my cardio has me just constantly exhausted. I've really gotta hit the pre workout supps hard to get 'up' for gym time. ::p. I'm riding it to the end of the line but I'll be making some adjustments next time. Not sure what just yet tho. Research research.

Got a big weekend planned with wifee. Concert Friday then Saturday in anacortes. Party for two before her surgery where she'll be laid up for 3 weeks. Upping my cialis n pack extra lube babe! Lol!
 
Good leg day. Doubled my cardio warm up. Almost completed all exercises. Could not finish last 2 sets of lunges or I was gonna lose my lunch! Legs are screaming. :)

I'm Going to try n schedule bloodwork next week around wifee knee surgery. Adding prolactin to testing. That'll tell me how to massage my AI doses. I'm thinking my E2 may be really low causing this constant exhausted feeling.

Btw: getting a handle on the heat rash. (Chestne) Not clean but improved.

Lunges always make my heart race. And you don't need 200 lbs on your back to make it difficult. In fact, I rarely go over 70# .... great exercise

Lat pulldowns were amusing. Chained to the bench with a 75# db behind me and another between my knees, my last set was 365# x4.... and then a breather... and then another 3!
Some cardio. Skipped chainsaws today.

The ol' lady has just been ferocious on the weekends! I'm not stopping her ;-) but makes my diet waver a bit. Weekend before was horrible. This last one not as bad, but too much beer. I don't even like beer.

Doubling the caber made no difference Afa the grand finale is concerned. Not impossible mind you, just takes some effort.
The mind is very willing. The body is very strong. And man, once the cork does pop, let's just say, "wow" stand back. Sorry for that visual. No, really. ;-)

Wifee is happy tho. VERY happy. She is dicktating (see what I did there) my schedule. She spends all week getting me worked up and then shutting me down. :-o. And I must hold out for the promise of a big weekend! Not complaining, but that's the challenge and it does in fact help.

The shit we go thru just to get laid! Lol!

Triceps day. Not bad. Workout partner tonight

Skulls, bench, dB flys, cable flys. Some cardio as usual.

Been sorting in my mind the possible reasons for this blast being so strange. This was the tren-a preload (with continuous 200 test-e of course) while tren-e caught up. Now cruising level and stable with just tren-e. Early on, I had a couple of sessions with massive strength. Now definitely not. So it had to be the A.

After bloodwork, I'm thinking about ramping up my test. I feel like I need to make an adjustment somehow/somewhere. Not saying I'm not gaining in body shape improvement (slow fat loss, muscle tone) but I've lost some strength and much intensity. I can see some size loss in biceps. Legs are growing. Pecs some. I've only got my test/Eq blast to compare to. Is it so unbelievable to state that my 500T/400Eq blast seemed better than this 200T/350Tren?

This train ride just gets weirder and weirder. I'm rolling with it tho. :)

Ps: add another side. Woke up a couple hours in refluxing stomach acid right up to my voice box. Spent the next hour pacing, drinking water n milk, and hacking the burning acids out of my airway. Good times. Slept hard after that episode.
 
Wife knee surgery successful. Recovering.
Had to see the doc myself today. Sinus draining set my throat on fire so now on antibiotics. That's a good thing. Maybe thats related to my busted internal thermostat and lack of energy!

I've felt much the same on tren the last month. Drive to lift isn't the same. And I Peter out 45 min in. I feel worn out most of the time. Maybe it's my age as well, but no doubt the toxic tren needs to go, at least for awhile

Originally was thinking about adding even more 'poisons' to try to fix this feeling, but your thought makes more sense. Get off the train for a while.

I'm gonna transition to something else since ive only been on this blast about 6 weeks now. Just have to decide what next based on whats in my stock. Maybe phase out the tren and phase in some deca. Either that or phase out the tren and just crank up the test to an even higher level.

Research time again :)

Gotta work thru holiday but it's money so it's good, and I can hit the gym while here.

Friggin middle of the night last, wandering tweaker scared the crap out of wifee. Lucky he turned around and walked from the front door once the dogs exploded or there'd be one less druggie in my neighborhood. Wifee can shoot. And quite well. Just sayin'.

I can hose the blood off my deck once I get there without a 2nd thought. Scum. Lucky scum.

I recommend Karbolyn with your whey pre workout. Great source of carbs. Sustained energy. Whey alone isn't sufficient to fuel a workout, at least not for me.
