Ill do my best on this log but im not the best at this kind of thing so take what you can get from it.

Ph/aas expierience - 1 cycle primobol dex and 1 cycle sarms ostarine and s4

Tuesday was the start of my cycle, I showered in the morning and applied 6 pumps xosterone to my upper back, chest, upper arms and stomach. Im taking one cap of both katana and hella in the morning then one hella at lunch and one of each in the evening (preworkout) followed by 6 pumps xost before bed. Its day 2 and im feeling good about this. Just went grocery shopping and bought tonnes of salmon, chicken, sweet potatoes and various veggies. Should be a good run

(Shooting for 2500-2800 calories right now) its subject to change, im going to be modifying my diet thanks to the help of 3J's nutrition, going to be carb cycling as well so hopefully we can get my diet dialed in.

Full cycle is as follows:

12/12/12/12/12/12 xosterone(6am 6pm)
Forma stanzol week 3-10 (10 pumps ED)

So its day 4 today. Nothing much to report, nothing to noticable aside from slightly increased libido and I got a nice pump at the gym last night. Is it cause of the cycle... maybe.. maybe not. Im sure ill find out soon enough
 
never run a PH before, jumped on some SARMS, then right to juice. I'll be following this as i'm curious how gains from PH's compare to AAS cycles i've run.

Also, i'd recommend ostarine after pct as opposed to during. I have experience doing both, and in the end the gains will be the same, but recovery will be better. Have you grabbed your osta yet cuz sarmssearch is having a 30% off sale. use SIZZLE30 as a discount code when you check out.

might be a good idea. just make sure you use a reputable company for your sarms (like SS) because i've had some bad experiences with other companies. some were completely ineffective, and some caused some pretty bad suppression leading me to believe it may not have actually been osta...but anyways i look foreward to your results.
 
Well its day 6 and I dont have alot to report aside from the girlfriend being all over me since day one of my cycle.. and maybe slightly less water retention. I forgot to add my max lifts earlier so here goes.

Bench - 225lbs x 3 reps
Deadlift - 425 x 2
Squat - 250 x 6

I just got in from the gym and I had the best workout in weeks, hit chest and tri's and completely killed it. Went up 15 pounds on my dumbbell chest press and 20 pounds on incline bench.Didnt go to hard on tris after I was done chest cause they were already worked hard. I had unlimited energy and felt like a beast. Its definetly more than just placebo.

Looks like a nice cyle bro. Interested to see how this goes for you. I would consider adding n2guard to your list of cycle support supps. This covers all bases.

it normally takes awhile for it to kick in though you may be a great responder to it on cycle you def feel amazing though part of the cycle is feeling like super man for awhile just be sure not to over do it

I blasted shoulders yesterday and got the most insane pump going, my recovery between sets is about 30-45 seconds and then im ready to go again. I felt like my shoulders were going to explode after my sets and they were rock hard. It was so good

Ive been getting 7-8 hours each night but work is going to slow up soon so ill be getting more sleep when that happens
 
nice the feeling is awesome to go harder in the gym and good sleep is also very important while on cycle to help grow

Yeah no doubt, the sleep is on point now but the diet crashed hard this weekend, there was so much halloween chocolate around the house, probably ate 4-5 chocolate bars and a bag of nibs so now ive got to eat super clean for the rest of my cycle.
 
So its week 3 heading into 4 and other than my diet failures the cycle is still going hard, im down to 169lbs and it looks like my bf% has gone down by 1-2%. Im going to try to upload some pics from when I started and my current pic. I ran out of katana yesterday and my new order will only be in in 3 days so theres going to be a 4 day gap there, anybody think this will be a problem?
